They take care of everything efficiently, and the barbers really know their craft. They styled my haircut in a modern way, which completely changed my look. Morris is an excellent barber.

I’ve tried many barbers in Birmingham, but this one stands out. They listen carefully and deliver exactly what you ask for. The cutting tools were completely fresh and clean, and the salon was very well maintained — it was a great experience overall.

It was quite busy, but the staff kept the environment so fresh that it didn’t even feel crowded. The service was excellent, and I’ll definitely come again next time for a beard trim.

Been coming hear for way over 2 years and always get a sharp cut. The lads are very attentive, take there time and never rush. Also if you have a picture of a hair style they will do there very best to match 100%. Very good on price for any cut you want. Check them out !!!!

The only good things about this visit was I was seen to immediately and the cut was quick. But from then on it went downhill. I wear glasses, I asked if I could put them down somewhere safe, got completely ignored. The guy didn't ask what I wanted done to my hair for a couple minutes whilst he chatted with a coworker. I explained what I wanted, and he started cutting my hair. At first I thought he was a little heavy handed, really pushing the trimmers into my head. But then, instead of asking me to tilt my head forward, he just pushed my head forward which really surprised me. Same with tilting my head sideways. Then it came to scissor cutting the top of my hair. Instead of misting my hair, I was doused in water. So much so that I couldn't open my eyes because it was pouring down my forehead. He then asks "is this okay?", referring to how much he'd cut off. I replied "one second, I can't see", but by the time I'd wiped the water out of my eyes, he had already started cutting. Had no choice but to say it's fine. I also had a hygiene concern. I understand it was a warm day, but when you're so close to customers, wearing a sleeveless top and having your arms raised puts customer in an uncomfortable position when it comes to body odour. Feels unprofessional and overwhelming body odour raises questions about cleanliness. The haircut itself is fine, too short for my liking but managable. But the experience itself really left a poor impression. Won't be returning.

The haircut itself was good however the barber was extremely aggressive with the equipment. I was left with multiple cuts and skin irritation. I then went to pay and was told it was £28 just for a skin fade and beard shape up. It says £16 for a skin fade and I asked if I was really being charged £12 for a simple 5 minute beard shape up. The staff was unprofessional about the situation and made poor excuses. I would expect this sort of service at a barber charging £10 for a haircut, save yourself the pain and inconvenience by going elsewhere.

I used this place just not long ago, as I went in I was more or less jumped upon by a barber whom asked me to sit straight away, I asked for a high fade, the fade was not high... the barber and his colleagues were talking in their own language to which i felt really uncomfortable, when I asked him to correct the fade, he got very arrogant and asked if I was turkish, I replied no, he then started to say he was kurdish and they are not the same people, to which I was bemused as I only came for a haircut not for a cultural lesson!! He did try to correct the fade but couldn't, he also kept using different machines that was cutting absolutely nothing... he ended up being very rude, which was disappointing as one thing he can't do a fade properly but to then give attitude, I just sat in silence and let him finish off what I would call a butchers job!! Very arrogant barber whom cuts next to the window, he should realise that customers come for a haircut not for a lesson in the difference between cultures... WOULDN'T RECCOMEND EVEN IF THERE WAS NO BARBER IN BIRMINGHAM!! quite hilarious because his own hair looked like sideshow Bob from the Simpsons, think he needs to go back to cutting basic haircuts and definitely needs to get customer service skills done... especially trying to showboat haircuts by using 10 different machines.. wouldn't give it a star but you have to give to write a review, have to now go and find a barber to correct my haircut!!! Waste of 16 pound thanks to sideshow Bob!

This barbershop is RACIST. They let other people jump the queue that comes from a certain race. Good luck getting your haircut here. Make sure you have the whole day free from all the queue jumping that is going to happen. This is at your Queensway Branch on the 13th of October at 16:45-17:00.
