I thought that this was the best dental practice I had ever been to in all my 67 years, and yes it was, until recently when my wife went in to make me an appointment a couple of weeks ago, and they told her I'd been struck off for cancelling 2 appointments last year. Yes I did cancel 2 appointments, and I also apologised and asked for another appointment because I was suffering with a pretty bad dry tickly cough and couldn't really go to the dentist in that state. I explained all this at the time as well, I didn't just not turn up. I suffer with heart disease and emphysema, and I get a lot of flare ups that cause uncontrollable tickly coughs. I don't plan for them to happen, they just happen. They could have at least messaged me to explain that if I cancel again they will strike me off, but no, they just left it with me wondering if I was ever going to be sent another appointment like I'd asked for. So now I'm really struggling to find another dentist. This is not a review of the actual dentist, its a review of how the admin in the place dealt with me. I would highly recommend the dentist to anyone, much better than the previous one. I just wanted to make that clear.
Amazing service at this dentist, they went above and beyond to find out if the anti biotics my son needed (for a tooth infection) would react with the ones he has to have daily, and they have got me in for a checkup up with out waiting 6months+ which is amazing! Staff are very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this dentist!
Very friendly dentist and assistant very professional and friendly and explain things very well. The reception staff was very friendly, professional, efficient and organised as well. Also the prices are very reasonable as well one of the best dentists I ever been too will definitely be going back again.
