   Taking a 21 month for a haircut is never easy, especially when they don’t really understand instructions like ‘we won’t be long’; ‘you’re just getting your haircut’ etc. But the lad who did my son’s hair, not only was he skilful and highly professional, but he was patient and understanding, taking the time to distract and talk to my little one. He was not deterred by the crying (and at times screaming). Really pleased with the cut and will go again! Would 100% recommend even for little ones! Thank you.

   Do not come here if you want anything else besides short back sides. Showed her photos, asked if thats doable, she didn't even reply or discuss and just started cutting. All she did was shave back and side and didn't blend the top at all. Under 5mins. The bloke who cut it last year was very decent so could be a one off but still very bad experience

   This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in the hairdressers don’t get me wrong. The two haircuts I got for my kids after school were fantastic but the music from Alexa that is constantly blasting club. Tunes is a bit overwhelming, especially when you have a kid that has ADHD that can’t handle loud noises for a long period of time and the second is one 1 hour and 33 minutes to cut to hairs they are so slow it’s unreal. Some people got tired of waiting and just left the shop. If they went any slower I would stop the icon location is at hagley If anybody does read theses please get this sorted if possible otherwise I will be taking my business elsewhere and I’m sure other people as well as we was discussing inside the shop

   Really rude, only because he didn't agree to cut my hair the way I asked, he spent only 10 minutes doing my hair, at the end of 10 mins he just pulled the cover off saying we finished. The worst haircut ever. I used to go this place since they opened, but after today I will not step foot in your shop again.

   Great walk in service. I took a young man who is on the Autistic spectrum to get his beard trimmed there, as there arent many that trim beards since the covid outbreak. The barber was really good and chatted with his client. The young man left looking 100% better!
