   We went on Christmas eve, £25 on the door, ceroc venue. The rooms where so cold. We thought that the heating could have been put on in advance, then turned off when we had all started dancing, and warmed up a bit. We where a bit disappointed. A lot of people also said so. No real Dj on downstairs. People requesting songs, the Dj said, i can't take requests, because it's all been pre-recorded on a CD.

   Lovely venue, ideal for a wedding, great for a band to play live,saw retro 80s here,good sound system. Family run business, all staff very welcoming and happy to help in any way. If using sat nav it may take you the other side of the community centre , that is no fault of the venue,its just 2 right turns from there if it does Its about 5-7 minutes fron J19 M6

   What a superb venue. We watched Everything Everything there. It was a fab evening! So unique! Two members of the band were interviewed by a Radio 6 presenter. It was really informal and so interesting. They played their guitars and sang a number of songs explaining their meaning and how they were produced plus chatted about their personal lives. I would definitely recommend going to one of these concerts! With parking, a bar and comfortable seats this Edwardian venue would be perfect for all occasions!

   We couldn’t recommend the Bowdon Rooms enough! From our initial emails and visit, Helena, so helpful friendly and attentive putting us at ease every step of the way. On our special day Helena, Allison, Ed and the rest of the team were there to calm my nerves and made sure the day went amazingly.

   The Bowdon Rooms were amazing. Allison, Héléna, and the team were outstanding. Their attention to detail is second to none and we had nothing to worry about. From our first initial enquiry, right through to the wedding day itself Any questions we had were dealt with quickly. They put us at ease and let us enjoy the day. We couldn’t recommend The Bowdon Rooms enough for a wedding. A beautiful unique venue. Our guests were blown away, and we’ve had nothing but compliments since.

   Couldn't have had a better start to 2023!! The energy of the place and the people was absolutely incredible! Fabulous food, stunning decor and top talent. Everything was balanced just right- decadent elegance with fizz and fun. Superb service to boot. I don't know how they did it, but they did. This was only my second time at The Bowdon Rooms but I will be back for more! Loved it. Faultless ✨✨✨

   NYE: Jersey Boys were bloody brilliant however our meal was missing steak knives so myself and partner couldn't cut through the meat that was too tough. It was obvious looking round that lots of guests had the same dilemma. Cheese platter required cutlery and obviously required a Cheese knife. Overall though the Staff and service were great and the set up fantastic.

   Fantastic venue for our charity event in support of Prevent Breast Cancer on the 15th October 2022. Anthony, Ed and Helena couldn't have been more helpful in assisting us raise over £15,000 on the night. Great location and staff, unique ballroom and good food courtesy of Herb & Spice. Would have no hesitation in recommending for any event, late or small.

   Our entire experience - from beginning to end - was perfect. Héléna, Allison, Edward and the team went above and beyond to help us have the most amazing wedding reception. Our meetings beforehand were detailed and organised and put our minds at ease that they would have everything in hand on the day ... and they did! We felt that they genuinely cared about providing us with a fantastic wedding day. It meant a lot to be able to have live speech-to-text captioning on a screen during the speeches, and the staff were enormously supportive in helping us to arrange the details and set up. My mum (who is bi-laterally deaf) absolutely loved this feature, as did other guests who have hearing issues. Our guests all unanimously said they had a brilliant time. We honestly can't think of anything that could have been better. We can't recommend them highly enough!

   I have been a professional musician for many years and the quality of the venue , attention to detail the wonderful staff make this a perfect spot for a wedding or big function, although there is a smaller room for more intimate party’s . I have been to several shows now and each one a sensation in a sophisticated beautiful environment gorgeous and delicious food too.
