   Very efficient booking system. I got an appointment for the next day and it was really great to have the manicure in half an hour to get to my next appointment. Lots of colours for the polish to choose from. Very polite and calm and good value for money. I will definitely go there again. Thank you.

   First impressions were nice it was lovely getting my nails done and having a nice time and I got a nails done. I was very impressed but it felt a bit weird when there were only two members of staff working and there are four people so the ladies had to swap between each other, and it felt quite rushed, but I got them done on Monday around four and out and I am very disappointed with in six days. One of the nails have cracked by me putting my hair up so I’m very disappointed. I thought it was definitely a bit pricey they didn’t very good job also I thought they did try, but the only reason I’m saying a good job is I thought they were being quite rude so I’m not very happy that I’m in Elsie snapped so I will want a refund of £45 because I’m not happy so you can come here, but I will definitely not be coming again. Sorry but definitely not coming again Xx

   I am not sure from who all these good reviews are, but the pedicure i had in this salon, says it all. Photos as a proof. And this was re~done after i complained that it was a very bad work. Still, even after second attempt it looks like it was done months ago! 35 pounds for this! Now i understand why CASH ONLY and no receipt! Please be aware! Your child may do better work than them. Worst pedicure i ever done! Not sure why i was so stupid to pay for this! It's Shocking! Plus,as soon as you confront them,the politeness disappears like it wasn't even there. If you can't do a simple pedicure,you should not do it.

   This was my second time here and it was just as wonderful as last time. Everyone is really friendly, and they do an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve been to multiple different nail salons in lichfield and none have done as good a job as Jenny and the Beautiful Nails team have! Great quality, great service, and gorgeous nails! I’d highly recommend to anyone!

   Beautiful Nails is the absolute best nail salon in Lichfield ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jenny is super polite; it is easy to get same day appointments. You can have any design or style of nails and I’ve never been disappointed. I would also say it’s great value for price. Would give more than five stars if I could :)
