I was nervous to get my first ever haircut and highlights. Didn't have much of a clue what to expect but she explained things clearly and was very patient with me. Hana is such a lovely lady, she puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed. The end haircut and highlights left me very happy and my hair has never looked so good!
I had an up do with hair stylist Mel with the 60’s style and I was so happy with it. She did really well with the style I wanted and better than I expected. I got praised a lot with my hairstyle in the party I attended And Mel is always nice same as Hans. Always try to accommodate us and give great advice with hair cut and style
I came into Hanalee for special occasion hair as I wanted a soft textured updo. I'm so glad I booked in here, Mel was so friendly and professional and recreated the look I wanted from the image I showed. It's a very friendly salon from the moment you enter. I received so many compliments on my hair - thanks again ☺️
First time in hanalee salon to do full head highlights with a hair cut. I must say i had a great service. Highly disorganised, very poor service. Booked an appointment, I turned up a few minutes early from the time booked. I was told by the lady I booked that she is with another client and is running slightly late, and will be with me within 15 minutes. I let her know that this is fine, but stressed that I must leave to pick up my daughter and it cannot be later than this, to which she said that this will be fine. 35 minutes after the booked time she still wasn’t finished with the client. Another hairdresser offered to cut my hair, but it only left me with 10-15 mins before I had to leave. Had no choice but to walk out. I definitely would not recommend using this salon based on my experience with them.
I haven't had my hair professionally cut for over 7 years as I never a hairdresser cut my hair as I expected. But this year I decided to try again and I'm very happy with the result. Hana cut my hair to suit my face and I loved it.

Hana is simply an expert in hairstyling and designing. I have very complicated hair due to the coarse and thick nature of the hair. Hana never fails me. She and her team are very friendly, it always feels like home in her salon. Thank you so much Hana!
