   What turned into a disastrous Boxing Day left me extremely distressed when my front tooth fell out. I was embarrassed about my appearance and spent a large part of the day upset and crying, feeling that I looked awful. As it was a Christmas bank holiday, I honestly thought no one would be able to help me at such short notice — especially as I was due to go on holiday just two days later to celebrate the New Year. I searched online for urgent help and came across what appeared to be a competent and reputable dentist, ConfiDental Dentist on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield. From the very first phone call, the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He told me not to worry and that they could sort everything out, which meant so much to me as I was extremely upset. They managed to get me an appointment the very next morning and fixed my tooth at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough for restoring not just my tooth, but also my confidence and happiness — especially as it was the day before I was due to go away. Had this not been fixed, it would have completely ruined my trip. Thanks to them, I was able to start the New Year feeling happy and confident again. What an absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.

   I’ve been coming to Confidental for a while now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I had my bonding and whitening done there some time ago, and the results have lasted beautifully. Since then, I continue to go for my teeth cleans, and every visit has been consistently positive. The team is always nice, polite, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. They are very professional, take their time with each appointment, and always explain what they’re doing so you feel reassured throughout. I genuinely trust their clinical judgement, and it’s clear they care about giving the best possible treatment. Confidental has definitely become my go-to dentist, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

   Massive shout out to all the team at confidential especially David who is the best dentist ever , he is thorough , talks you through everything he is doing. He is patient , kind and most of all for anyone who fears the dentist totally puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of changing dentists or not happy with who they go to - David is your man - I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. I was recommended by a work friend as I was unhappy with my dentist and now I have found my dentist for life Thank you to all - you’re all amazing.

   Just had composite bonding treatment on my front 4 top teeth and 2 at the bottom after completing orthodontic treatment elsewhere. Dan has done an incredible job and now I have the perfect smile!!! Super impressed with the final finish and really appreciated the in-depth explanation of the treatment before, during and after the process. Lovely friendly team at Confidental and top work. Would highly recommend going here!

   Highly Recommend! Was looked after very well today by Dr Garrett + the lovely dental assistant, can't remember the name but both extremely professional, extremely well trained and attentive. Honestly some of the best care I have ever got. I am a nervous patient, Nobody likes anxiety. ConfiDental really takes this into account. I found myself very relaxed during most of it. I felt listened to which is important. Very accommodating with appointments too. The practice is very clean, very modern. Fills you with confidence. They do not rush anything. I have dealt with two receptionists and both were incredibly patient, kind, pleasant and lovely. For private their rates are actually extremely reasonable. I have found my new Dentist and very happy about it. Honestly nothing wrong or bad to report! Thank you guys for taking such good care.
