I remember coming here before and they were really good but this time my nails are different lengths, some are square and some are more coffin, they didn’t have my acrylic colour so they used gel to match and it is patchy,my little finger is really bumpy and they nicked me which is normal but the drill went over the nick two more times, I am not very happy with my nails. They nailed the design but it’s just many little things added up.

Absolutely shocking. The lady who done my nails was in a rush to leave. This is what I wanted and this is what I got. I’m fuming.

Okay, one word : Astonished. They had done my nails and I'm completely baffled on how the nails look accurate and almost perfect! The lady had accidentally nicked me with the drill, but she immediately got to asking if I was alright and putting antiseptic on. I could tell these people were professionals, they gave my cuticles a nice trim and the manicure was lovely! I had got a really cute, but intricate acrylic nail design, and when I tell you, there was no difference from the inspo to the nail design. I’ve been going to this place for a while, all the staff are so nice and they’re all professionals! I will be going here very often in the future!! But although I do want to adress something, I’ve heard a little rumour going around that states racism towards customers throughout the shop. So I, myself wanted to test the Google translate. I don’t look conventionally attractive, I look quite ugly and I have lots of insecurities. All that has appeared was them talking about what they’ll do after work and some events going on in their life. It shocked me because it’s contradicting the review. I did hide my hope in my purse, under the table so they wouldn’t notice. But now I love this place even more!!

****Trigger warning - RACISM*** I have been coming to this salon for over a year and was generally happy with the service. I'd even been on first name terms with one of the guys 'Pham'. It's important to know I am African-Caribbean. One day another African-Caribbean walked in. She was beautiful, well -presented - there was nothing about her that would invite the comments I was about to be made aware of. I noticed a lot of chatter in Vietnamese when she entered and the tone seemed quite off. So I decided to turn on Google Translate. Nothing could have prepared me for what I heard. They said she needed to take a bath (this would explain the reason the worker out on gloves to do the customer's nails), they called her a monkey and said a whole load of disgusting things that I cannot repeat. When they spoke about "big ugly lips" from which excretion fell out of, I was done. I did attempt to upload a redacted version of the Google Translate transcript, but Google won't allow me to. I was horrified and in shock. When my nails were done I told the poor woman what was said and showed her the transcript. I also told the staff, they denied it of course. One even tried to shout at me but I was having none of it. I told them in no uncertain terms, I will not be back. They clearly have no regard or respect for black people, and I think it's important that others are made aware. This behaviour is disgusting and needs to be known.

The lady and staff were so lovely but unfortunately my nails didn’t last more than a week they mostly fell off n just fell apart, also damaged my skin around my cuticle leaving me with cuts, and scabs.im so sad that my nails where to fall off in such a short amount of time, i had French acrylics… also when i asked about the price they said £33, and they charged me £35 at the end… because apparently my nails i got was long…they wasn’t long at all. Other than that the staff were polite asking customers if they wanted tea or a coffee.

Love going here. They do a great job. I have fingers done every few weeks and toes maybe once a month. Staff are lovely and friendly also reasonable prices. Would recommend it.

Only time Ive been here and won’t be returning. The white tips turned brown after a few days and gel starting peeling off, also asked for pink base and got purple, had to go back to be redone. While I was waiting another lady had the same problem with her nails peeling. Also found the staff to be dismissive and spoke very little English. We’re trying to do two peoples nails at the same time and was very disorganised and understaffed. Def give it a miss!
