   I've always, always come here for my nails and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The regular people who do my nails don't seem to be there anymore and the last couple of times I've had them done, I've had to come back a few days after because my nails have chipped badly. I went in today and the man who has done my nails both times, redid my nails but when I left he hadn't shaped them (again) and didn't put a top coat on where it's also not dried properly. Really not happy with this as used to be my favourite place to have my nails done.

   I’d been a regular client for two years and always been very happy with the service. However, my most recent visit was a huge disappointment. Neither of the ladies who’d previously done my nails were there - just a young girl and a young man. The young man applied acrylic tips and gel polish. The gel polish didn’t set properly, despite some of the nails being redone twice. After about half an hour, the polish became dull and it was obvious that several nails were a different colour to the rest. I returned to the salon, and the top coat was hurriedly redone. I wasn’t really happy with them but was assured they were fine. I was made to feel that I was making a fuss about nothing. They lasted two days before chipping badly with the top coat peeling off. At this point, I was on holiday and ended up having to source a local technician to remove the gel and acrylics. I will not be returning to this salon. I believe that the young man who did my nails is not qualified or properly trained - very poor service.

   Acrylic nail removal - my nails still have acrylic on them, very hard. Put on a nail colour after and my god, they’re chipped, the lady couldn’t be bothered to file them down so there’s sharp edges and uneven nail. Refused bank transfer so had to leave my expensive phone to go get cash out. Reason being that manager is on holiday?! Such a poor service, lady was so disinterested and coughing. Poor workmanship and customer service

   they stuck the wrong sized nail tips on me, cut them shorter than i wanted them without even asking and the sides of my nails are honestly appalling, the nails are raised too high and you can see my natural nail right underneath due to them being raised so high, the man doing my nail tips etc got nail glue all over my fingers i left with hard fingers from the glue, i still have acrylic literally stuck to the sides of my fingers. it felt as though they really rushed my nails and i am unhappy with the outcome.

   Came here to have my finger nails and toe nails done because they were growing out and my usual lady was on holiday. I'm very impressed with the standard of the sparkly shellac nails I was given, all done with the minimum of waiting or fuss. All the ladies working there were lovely. Would be happy to come again. :)

   Lovely ladies at The Nails & Brow bar. I had my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. Lovely service, my nails are absolutely gorgeous and eyebrows are perfect. Will definitely be going back!!!
