   I got my nails done here today and honestly, I’m super disappointed. She wass sooooo RUDE ! The lady who did my nails was middle-aged and her hands were shaking the whole time. ( why you are doing this job when you can’t have communication)? My matte nails turned out terrible! She didn’t let me give any input on how I wanted them, and didn’t even say hi or bye. She couldn’t speak any English either, so communication was just impossible. If you wanna throw your money in the trash, go ahead and come there

   My go to nail shop when I'm in the area, lovely artistic staff who always understand my vision and what I'm looking for. My friend got pink BIAB and I got infills with a cute charm - definitely coming back to try other designs! They've lasted 3 weeks and are still going strong with no chips or breaks.

   Staff are rude. Put pressure on you to choose a colour option quickly. Not grateful for your money… they just rush you out the door when you’re finished and ignore you when you leave. I spent over £50 in total and didn’t even get a thank you or goodbye. They were also putting the next customer’s nail varnish bottles on my table before mine were even finished… there was only 3 of us in the shop! I would understand if they were back to back appointments in a rush… every time I go in this shop (when my regular salon is fully booked) it’s always the same. You just feel on the edge of your seat like they are going to tell you off.

   I had my nails done by a lovely lady. My nails looked so beautiful! I'm constantly getting compliments! All the staff are so helpful and will go out of there way to help you. Prices are affordable as well! Well worth a visit! You won't be disappointed!

   Im so pleased with my nails done here. They have kind, helpful staff that do their best at producing nails that their clients will be happy with. I've been getting my sets done from a young man named Sam and he knows what hes doing, he doesnt overfile or rush and asks permission before trimming nails, and is a perfectionst and id much prefer to sit for longer to get a nicer result. I had an issue with my nails chipping on this occasion and they were kind enough to change the gel polish for free and i admire that kind of customer service. Will continue to go to them from now on so glad theyre so local to me. And great prices too.

   Walked in wasn’t greeted, moody lady pointed at the chair, no communication & shocking customer service. Same lady was really rude & point blank refused to do any of the nail designs i showed her incase I ‘moaned I didnt like them’ after.?? The designs were soo basic I genuinely could have done them myself.. It seems they’re only capable of french or block color. She didn’t even try offering any alternatives or help me pick something they could do…She just refused to do them so I had to leave and go somewhere else.
