   I hate to say this but if offering a service…fulfil the service… I was a regular customer from 2016 - 2020 and go in from time to time now, however I won’t go again. The only thing that has changed is their price, no improvement on skill or customer service. If you ask them a reasonable request, that any other nail technician would do without being asked, it’s an issue, followed by the staff blatantly talking about you in their native language. I personally think the whole organisation is unprofessional now.

   Terrible service. No manners. I told the person doing my nails that I had a bad hand. She completely ignored what I said and continued to pull, twist and squeeze my thumb. When I told her for the last time, she spoke to her colleagues in her language. They are so rude! Will NOT be going back there again! It's not all about the money honey... Be nice. Without us, your business cannot continue!

   Waited for 20 mins and was sat at a table, when it was my turn the owner told me to wait one minute then started serving a lady who came after me. Waited another 5 minutes then left. Won’t be going again. Bad customer service.

   Lovely pedicure by lovely lady but the ladies tht painted my nails was rushing and messed up my nails. Made us sit for ages and spent entire time talking to each other. Overall not good customer service at all. Would never go again.

   This will be the first and last time I will be using this business. The customer service was rude and unfriendly. There was no meet or greet and the lady's mannerisms was dismissive towards me as she was doing my nails. I was pleased with my result but as a person who holds manners to a high standard I will not be returning.
