   I called Lavish Nails and the lady accommodated me soo well and given the season we are in CHRISTMAS!! the team are soo nice and friendly and are soo welcoming they did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, the place is so beautiful and calming.. Its ONE of the BEST in Birmingham I cannot fault. Thank you sooo soo much my nails were 10/10. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!! Keep up the good work!! I absolutely love it!!! Thank you once again.

   Horrendous customer service I called in the day and made an appointment for half five, when I arrived on time to the appointment the shop was FULL and my spot had been taken. When I asked how long the wait would be the lady told me another half an hour. This is possibly the worst customer service I have received I booked my appointment for 5:30 and they wouldn’t have started them Until 6 (baring in mind they close at 6) The shop does not have accurate time schedule and never book appointments for the correct time - they have also done this numerous times before when I have visited. They will often stop half way through your appointment and serve another customer which I feel as though Is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I do NOT recommend this nail salon if you’re thinking about booking an appointment do not bother it’s a waste of time and money.

   Absolute HORRENDOUS experience. Waited hours despite having made an appointment with them. THEN when I was finally seen by the nail artist, she stopped half way and started doing another customer’s nails. They made me feel SO uncomfortable. Customer service is -1000/10. Absolutely horrific. Additionally, they took absolutely ages to complete my nails AND THEY DID NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR. My 2 year old could have done a better job. The nails caused me pain and suffering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everything about this place was appalling.

   Called to ask if they do neon pigments and she said yes I said I want mixture of neon smoke affect and glitter on my hands she said yes. I said how much she told me £35. I asked her to copy design from you tube. Then she proceeded to say oh we charge more money for design. I said you just told me you charge £35 that covers designs. She said oh we charge more money. Bunch of greedy people here. Want to see how they think that they Can charge more money. Ridiculous greedy

   I don’t think this shop likes certain people, prices made up. I.e charged different different day, they also tried to say £5 extra for long nails, I had a issue with a set which had ended up damaging my own nail and skin and they did nothing to sort this basically said my next £45 set will fix this I said okay just soak them off and was charged a extra £10 after already paying £45 for the bad set, this was around 8 months ago. (Nails done bye a young male incorrectly the denial done a good set before this) I called today to enquire if it was still ran by the same people hoping it wasn’t!! I asked the price and weather the female was there from before and they told me they can’t tell me a price on the phone, which tells me it’s ran the exact same, So they choose a price once they see you (colour, if they are busy etc) and it’s not a set price and if there are any problems don’t expect them to be solved professionally
