   I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I ordered wedding clothes expecting good quality, but what I received was nothing like the pictures — the material looked cheap, the fit was awful, and it was completely unsuitable for the occasion. When I contacted the owner to explain the problem, they were shockingly rude and dismissive. They showed no professionalism, refused to offer any solution or replacement, and made it clear they did not care about customer satisfaction. This was meant to be for a special day, and instead it caused unnecessary stress and upset. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business. Poor quality products, even worse customer service.

   Awful customer service. Horrid quality clothes. Rude owner or manager they refused to give their names probably an illegitimate company. They gave us WEDDING clothes with a huge stain on it all over the clothing. After paying £575 for a single item. Don’t buy from them. Oh they also just refused to even clean the stain off. Which is just ridiculous.

   Worst shop ever. Avoid at all costs. Happy to provide great customer service until you’ve paid and they present you with damaged clothing. We bought a sherwani for a wedding from here and it arrived with a stain which we were told they couldn’t do anything about because it’s white. They have refused to be of any help and refuse to even send an email to say they refuse to do anything about it. This shop it only happy to take your money and will deliver poor quality clothes. The workers in the shop are so rude, in particular the owner. My advise as someone who is getting married and ordered a sherwani from here, STEER CLEAR! Not sure how this shop has any positive reviews.

   Hi, this is a message for the rude Singh in the shop who I assume is the owner. I visited your store yesterday and asked to try on a lengha. You asked if I was ‘looking’ or ‘buying’ a very strange way to welcome a customer. Obviously I need to look to be able to buy. When I responded ‘looking’ you abruptly said ‘no’ I couldn’t try. I would like to say thank you to the sales assistant in the shop (a young very embarrassed man) who tried his best to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He said ‘it’s okay ma’am, have a look’. After a short time you (the Singh) reluctantly said ‘ok try’. I did end up trying on the pink lengha, and really liked it, it was £495. After I went into Mongas, I instantly felt welcomed, nothing was too much to ask, the sales team were very nice to me, letting me try on lots of lenghas. I bought a lengha for £625! Morale of the story… Don’t be rude to your customers
