I had ordered twelve bridesmaids’ dresses from here, and the design I chose, as well as the color I selected—different colors that matched our theme—they crafted everything wonderfully. All my bridesmaids are very happy, the fitting is absolutely perfect, and I am very happy with their service. The staff is very nice and kind, and I am truly happy with everything they did. I highly recommend that you visit them.

Asked several times before buying the outfit that it was a 42 each time the man said yes. Asked if they had a fitting room they said no. He did my measurement to be sure and he confirmed i needed a 42 and yet sold me a 40. Didnt know it was a 40 til I got home and attempted to try it on. Never going back. Advise to stay away also.

Worst shop ever! They’re frauds really. They sold my partner a dress saying it would fit (no fitting room available at the shop) and the size is universal but the dress was twice her size. We went after a week to return it and they outright refused pointing to a small print “No refunds”. Bear in mind they did not mention this when we bought it initially. They’re breaking two laws at this shop by doing this. i) Consumer Credit Act 1974 section 75- fit for purpose. They’re advertising clothes that are not fit for purpose and insisting customer buy them without allowing them a fitting room to check it.
ii) Consumer Right Act 2015 - goods must be as described of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. They don’t provide a fitting room and false advertise their clothes. Plus they are not explicitly mentioning “no refunds” and the sign is obscure right under the ceiling.
I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy! 0 customer service and false advertising

Honestly don't bother going to this shop! There's plenty of options in shouthall and go to any! I had taken one of my 2 of my friend there for lehengas and the experience was traumatising! One of my friend ordered 2 lehenga, they said it would come in 5-6 weeks, we had to wait for 5 months and one of the lehenga was pink (we ordered purple), they tried to make us believe that the lehenga was purple, and the blouse was completely different! And the other lehenga never arrived they said that it was due to the recent bombing in india, which happened a month ago but we ordered 5months ago so it didn't make sense, when I explained it to the guy who owned it he made a comment that " you all just care about your weddings, but what about people dying there", well without us you wouldn't have a shop! He refused for an hour to refund us the money for the lehenga and instead ask for another 5 weeks extension when the wedding was 4 weeks away, so where was his care for people dying back home? After an hour and half of arguing back and forth he agreed to give us money back but said he has to transfer it tomorrow. I messaged him the next day and he said the day after, for a whole week I kept messaging and calling and then finally I got my money back. One of my other friend also ordered a sharara from there which was purple but not the exact design we wanted it to be, he argued that apparently we ordered it like that.... spoke to us rudely both of the time. This time I just did not even have the energy on me to ask for a refund... so we walked away with an outfit we weren't happy with because the interaction was sooo rude we didn't want to tolerate it from them anymore! Honestly take your money elsewhere, the headache, rudeness, unprofessional mannerism just isn't worth it!

Went to buy anarkali suit for my daughter, I was sold a size 40 instead of 42 even though I asked for a 42 size. Went back was told no refunds but can exchange. Nothing in the store would amount to the same value instead I was pushed to pay more for another suit. Disgusting literally making a mockery of us decent hardworking citizens.

Very bad customer service… can’t try on any suits and don’t do refunds… I brought a suit and took home to find it was Damaged I went back and they refused to refund and gave me a suit 3 times bigger than me claiming the size is suitable for me … bunch of liars they will do anything to keep your money.
