Beautiful! Always coming out with a gorgeous set, And they are gentle, no worrying about getting cut as I’ve had with other places. And customer service is always lovely and polite, always greeting u as u walk in. Couldn’t recommend this place more! U also get a free drink.
I know Lilly’s Nail Care very well and they’re just the best nail salon in Birmingham. They offer food and drinks sometimes and the designs you request are always so accurate
I am not happy with my results at all, i got black french tip nails and the smile lines are all different to each other. And quite frankly it looks terrible. I was cut very deeply by the man doing my nails to the point that i started bleeding. He went over my skin a couple times also. I paid £35 and they weren’t long like at all and as i said were done poorly. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to leave with messy nails, cut fingers and no more cash in your purse.
It's the first time I've ever had my nails done and I absolutely love them.The staff were so friendly and the experience was so relaxing. An absolute art form. I will 100% be going back.

Been going here for years, they have recently started allowing a trainee to apply the tips of the nails she clearly does not know what she is doing they aren't even stuck to the nail properly and are pointing to the sky with no natural curve. Third time I have had a terrible set from this shop but gave another chance due to my previous loyalty. Will definitely be finding a new shop to use.
