Amazing service , so kind . I had my nails done by this lively female employee (I forgot to ask her name ) she asked me every step to see if I was happy and listened to everything I asked for. Clean application and followed the inspiration perfectly
Went in for my nails today, showed them a photo and gave given a price. £47 went and got cash. Came and and they took my nails off and cut them down. While doing this they cut me and made me bleed! One of my other nails is actually painful to touch i think they filed it to much. I was in there a total of 2 hours and 5 mins before I was done she tried to tell me that he gave me the wrong price. I said you can't do that. I showed you a picture and asked for a price and I'm not going over that price. I'm so annoyed and the nails aren't great. They are so thick. I wouldn't recommend.
Told her that I felt pain four times. She said I was too sensitive, so I needed to take them off myself. then she kicked me out after 10 minutes. + they are NOT chinese or korean. they are viets
If I could’ve put 0 stars I would. This is one of the worst nail shops I’ve ever been to. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or made fun of in a different language. I wasted £45 for my nails to look like a 5 year old had done them. The lady doing my nails clearly had no idea what she was doing, what she did know was how to shout and laugh at customers with her colleagues. The style I showed her and what I received were literally expectations vs reality. Never again
I did not have a good experience at all. My nails are different lengths, shapes and thickness. I was cut with the drill multiple times and one of my fingers is still sore (no apology or even acknowledgment that I was hurt). I was then clearly spoken about. Hygiene standards not great and it was freezing cold, with no heating at all.
Worst Nails Shop - No professionalism customer service. Please don’t Waste your money here. I been with My friend for nails . We got acrylic done and same design. They made us wait for more then 20 minutes then nails lady shaped my friend nails very short. We asked them few time will you Able to do or not. They said yes, because we could have gone somewhere else. When she started my nails she did not clean and cut nails I realised I said to her will you cut the nails she ignored then they speak Chinese or Korean they were talking about us. We knew because you understand when some one talking sht** about you. My friend end up crying. We get our nails done every few weeks. So we knew the feeling. They told us it will cost 40£ with acrylic design and my friend £35 but when we were paying they asked us to pay £90. When we asked them Why it changed they said to us because of design. They were laughing on us and talking about us seriously that’s not a customer service. A lady was waiting there for 30 minutes she walked off she was told for 10 minutes wait. And staff was talking and laughing when meanwhile she was waiting. If I am paying for something then I except to get service but shops like these make us to not trust small shops or small businesses who get us in trap. Please don’t waste your money go in primark - get done there. It’s more cheaper and better service.
Omg amazing customer service got my nails done 2 days ago by them and I realised they had air bubbles in the polish, went in today and they corrected them twice because they didn’t like the outcome and didn’t charge me for the repair price as it wasn’t my fault. Honestly 10/10
