    Terrible service in the Watford store. Tried to follow up on an online order for collection which has taken a while to arrive in Watford only to be served by the most unhelpful person ever seen working in a shop. After insistence of looking up the order on their system, further information transpired. I wouldn't employ staff like that for my company. Good luck to them.

    I was walking through the mall and I saw an outdoor store called Trespass with a big sale. I decided to go in there as I have things I need to buy for a jungle trip. I was lucky enough to speak to Andy to tell him about my trip. I have never done an adventure holiday before and Andy spent a total age with me explaining about the clothing material I need, as well as ensuring I had boots that fit properly. He had total patience. What a difference to staff in other stores where there is no customer service. I highly recommend this store and the staff do excellent PR for this brand.

    I always had a good experience at this store. The staff are polite and helpful. Likewise, they advise on what's best for the customer..the shop is usually clean. Compare the way this store is run, to other Trespass, such as Harrow, this is light years better. I'm only going to Watford now.

    Customer service is good. But DO NOT BUY their Water Proof Jackets and Trousers as per my picture. They leak like mad, we bought a set each and went for a walk in the rain, the water just soaked straight through both Jackets and trousers. I suppose you buy cheap you get rubbish.
