   I joined this dentist about 2/3 week ago after been with an nhs dentist all my life. Recently I had dental negligence from the nhs practise. I’m currently 30 years old. I can’t recommend this practice enough. From the first call to book my first consultation to having it done I was always at ease. The receptionist is very polite and cheerful. I’m sure the dentist I saw is called Matt. I’m not very good with names. He was very professional, had a very calm manner. Put me at ease straight away. He answered any question I asked without a problem. I’m currently going through major wisdom teeth problems with abscesses. He did a procedure on the second molar that’s been affected by the wisdom and it’s more or less sorted that out for now as he stated it will have to come out soon. Usually I’d be panicking but with this practise, bring it on haha. The dental nurse who was present too was very helpful, sorry that I can’t remember her name. She was wearing love heart glasses. I’d recommend this dental practise to anyone. It’s a massive refreshing change from an nhs dentist as Alex Jones dentistry actually care about your mouth health.

   When you make the massive decision to have full bridge implants, you need to know that you can trust the person or people performing the procedure. Not just because of the costs, but because this is a major change to your appearance and lifestyle. I can honestly say that Drew and the team at Alex Jones made the journey informative and more relaxing by giving me confidence that things would be OK. This is a major change and investment - make sure you get the right people to help you through it with confidence.

   Great service again this week. I was given an emergency appointment within a day and Laura did a great job as always. Laura is a good dentist. She gives clear sensible advice and is very gentle. Lovely helpful reception team who are always courteous and helpful. Thank you.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was fearing the worst with the idea I’d need lots of work done. Drew the dentist was amazing and let me take things in my own pace. I cannot be happier with the care and service provided here.

   I was so scared of the dentist from having bad experiences and embarrassed about the state my teeth was in but after a few appointments I felt so much better with Alex. I had quite a lot of work done and had surgery but within 6 months my treatment is complete and I’m so happy with my smile now. Being unable to eat properly or wanting to smile for years was so difficult but now I get to eat and smile and not worry. I never thought I would have a nice smile again but Alex has made that happen, the dental nurses who also looked after me were so nice and even the receptionist who I spoke to. Thank you so much for giving me my smile back
