I had Paul yesterday and he was absolutely amazing! He took so much care with my gold BIAB nails and the result is flawless - honestly the best my nails have ever looked. Such great attention to detail and a really lovely experience overall. The nails have lasted so well too. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Paul to anyone!
Horrific customer service and honesty is equal to zero. My engagement nails that I asked for was not executed as requested ( was told it could be done just like in the picture) just for the design to be wrong. I told the “nail tech” multiple times that what he was doing was wrong and he kept of saying “ later fix” He still did not fix those mistake and on top of that he had all my cuticles bleeding. I was very unhappy with the job and patiently asked him to take it off and refund me back, just die him to aggressively tell me he can’t refund the full amount and only £35 can be given to me ( total amount was 70) I was upset and I broke down and none of the workers showed empathy on my situation and feelings, what even made it worse for me is that they started speaking their native language and it made me feel uneasy. I’m upset and in pain as I don’t have my nails done and hurting a night before my big day. Never again I’ll be stepping food in this place, and I hope you guys can find a better place to go to when a better service and communication. I’ll be putting the design I wanted and what I got from them.
Never Again !!!! My daughter spontaneously wanted a manicure today, so took her to Yoshe as we were walking past. NO moisturiser was applied to the cuticle to soften the skin, NO cuticle oil and NO buffing at the end either. The female technician rushed the whole process as she wanted to take on another customer who wanted more expensive nails Her ATTITUDE was terrible and she was moaning in order to start the next client. The pictures don't show clearly how many cuts were on her cuticles, left alot of dry marks that my daughter moisturised once we got home. I'm sure the other technicians are probably fine but I will never ever visit here again.
I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I have come away bleeding, in pain, deeply dissatisfied and with a much emptier pocket than I should have. The technician was very rough with my hands, constantly pushing back and filing my cuticles leading to them being red and raw, and then also cut into my finger with the file multiple times, drawing blood and leaving a missing lump of flesh, shown in photos! This is unacceptable on it’s own, but the work itself is also sub par. I asked multiple times for stilettos, the technician nodded yet continued to shape the extensions into almonds. I asked again and she continued with almond. I asked for them twice as long as they are, but she vigorously filed them down for so long that they ended up half the size! I asked for black powder but she continued with clear powder and black gel polish on top. To make it worse, the nails themselves ended up lumpy, asymmetrical, off centre, and an array of different shapes with very little in common with each other. I’m okay with nails that are cousins and not sisters, but these aren’t even distant relatives. To rub salt into the wound, the price for a full set was indicated to be £28 online and in store, yet for this horrible set and a gram of flesh missing I was charged £35 ! Do not come here if you value your wallet, your hands or the skin that covers them. If I could rate zero stars I would. You would be better off getting a press on set from Primark.
My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. I went in for a full set of gel nails, which the price list indicated would cost £35. However, after the service, I was charged £45. The staff claimed this was due to "extra work" that wasn't communicated upfront. Specifically, I was told that French tips would cost an additional £10. Not only was the pricing misleading, but the quality of service was also subpar. The technician rushed through the process, resulting in poorly done nails. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the issue was with my hands, which is absurd. Overall, this was a complete rip-off with terrible service. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Awful Service. My nails looked nothing like how I asked and when I tried to show them how they clearly looked nothing like the picture, they argued with me and refused to give me my money back. I had to stand and argue for a full refund when lady doing my nails was hurting me with the tools and twisting my fingers. The acrylic was thick and the shape was nothing like what I wanted. They do not clean their tools properly and are extremely rough with your hands. PLEASE do not come here and give these people your hard earned money when they will give you attitude and argue with you when they do not give you the service they promise to provide. They really had the audacity to give me half a refund and ask me to come back to the salon in my own time to get the nails removed and really tried to blame me for the fact that I did not say something sooner. I should not have to babysit these people on thier work and when I try to say something they tell me theyre not done. Overall terrible experience and I hope that this reaches people so they dont come here again. Not even worth 1 star.
Before the service started a picture was shown of the nails wanted and £40 was quoted for the set. We inquired about a different picture and £35 was quoted. At the end of the service we were charged £40 for the second choice. #criminals!
The girl that attended me had a horrible attitude at some point it seemed she was laughing at me. Made me feel very uncomfortable all the time. The duration of the product was very good but the technique horrible. The nail gel was full of bumps. Will never ever come back.
Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The pedicure was so rushed she finished in 30 mins. Cost £35 and all the polish is lumpy and uneven. The polish is also out of my nail bed, just an awful experience. Never again.
took my partner here for the first stop on her first time, she was so impressed. A beautiful salon, a great gel manicure, even on her scrubby nails and the staff were so friendly and fun. Absolutely recommend and thanks for kicking off her day with a bang.
