I went there last week for manicure and pedicure but its totally waist of money they didn’t do properly pedicure also manicure they took 5 minutes.inside is do dirty every where rubbish i don’t understand how they run this nail and beauty spa. My hands and feet same as before.
The woman was on her on she did not do the nails professionally and when i pointed things out she just laughed. So disorganised not worth the £25 paid for the infill. Will not be going again.
Avoid !!! Went here yesterday only because nothing else was open. Firstly, hygiene is very, very poor. She also messed up my nails. My nails are not worth £38. Also, lack of English is horrendous!! Because she couldn't understand English, she charged me so much for normal French tips. Will never go there again !!! This place does not deserve 1 star. PLEASE AVOID !!!
My sister sat down the minute we got in. From 11am-1pm as in two whole hours it took just to do these French tip acrylic nails that were completely wonky and not even in proper shape. By the time my sister was done i couldnt be bothered to sit down for another two hours just to get the same thing done. Had to move my car twice because I wasn't trying to get a ticket. Two whole hours just to do one person is ridiculous. The other lady was still working on the same woman the whole time from when we entered. Not to mention this trash was £40 lol. Never again.
Offers a range of services such as waxing, threading, facials, manicures, pedicures, eyelash inserts etc, but the place looks and feels very unhygienic and disgusting. Damaged seats, broken floors, filthy carpets and overall grimey looking, you will feel more dirty once you leave this place. The people working here are nice and the service is OK, but they really need to upgrade and overall clean the place.
I called in the morning to book an appointment for 2.30pm and was told that was fine. I travelled all the way to then be told that they don't accept same day appointments and there were 3 people before me with one worker!!! This is unacceptable as after accepting my appointment on the phone I travelled 30 minutes to be told I in fact had to wait for at least 1 hour! Disgusting service! The owner lacks customer service and they have lost a potential customer. The nails are also very thick as another woman was complaining. There used to be a male worker who was excellent but when I asked where he was the owner told me he is away on holiday but I have since found out he actually quit and left this business as the owner is very rude.
Worst nail artist ever been too the nails came off within two days. I tried to stick them myself and manage to do so. But It started coming off again which means definitely the work was no done properly and on going back to them to get rid of them. The lady could not understand me as she doesn’t know English and tried to push me out of the shop saying she is closing the shop. Worst customer service and worst nail work ever got done.
The nails look horrible the shape and size as well as the design the staff weren’t polite either.I payed £35 for my nails but how they were done they should of been at least £15. I don’t recommend. Too expensive for what you get.
