    Hanna is rudest person in the store she is un-polite and unproffesional and not cooprative, they took more money than what was supposed to take which was clearly writen in the reciept + was screaming in the middle of the store while i was very calm and asking her to solve the problem as i was waiting for 40 min + because they didn’t know what the problem was??? Never going to this uniqlo again worst CS ever

    The exchange process was quick and smooth. All of Seema, shadiya, and Emad were very helpful at the register. Though my request of exchanging was a bit complicated.

    Subject: Incorrect item intentionally charged on receipt – October 2, 2025 (Kensington High Street store) Dear Uniqlo Team, We visited your store at 54–56 Kensington High Street, London on October 2, 2025, and made a purchase. However, after carefully checking our receipt, we discovered that we were charged for an item that we did not buy – specifically, the first item on the receipt (W’s HEATTECH bra top, £24.90). We believe that this item was intentionally added to our bill, as it was never part of our purchase. Please find attached a photo of the receipt for your reference. We request that you investigate this issue and refund the incorrectly charged amount (£24.90) as soon as possible. We would also appreciate clarification on how such an incident could occur in your store. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Oleg

    Generally great store with good products. But stay away from the socks. This set of socks are a few months old and have developed holes and aren't wearable. Very nice manager called Ryan says that he'd love to do a Goodwill repair but the company system doesn't allow it and suggest I make a complaint. Customer service people respond saying they don't consider it a manufacturing defect. Well, that's fine, then.

    This uniqlo store Kensington high street London is a very good place to buy trendy clothes. We shopped for our family and picked up a few good winter and all weather jackets. Staff are good however busy due to the holiday season. Walkable distance from the Kensington station. I have visited this store twice and they are a good place to get clothes for the whole family.

    Unfortunate situation. The clothes are of high quality and excellent value. But the customer service at this store is the worse I’ve ever experienced at a Uniqlo. Go to the Oxford Street Store instead. Much better service!

    What an wonderful customer services offered to us at Uniqlo on High Street Kensington! Vanessa is such an amazing employee and so knowledgeable about all the products. Not only that, but she makes the perfect recommendations, as if she knows exactly what I’m looking for. She is really the highlight of my shopping experience!
