   have been a couple Time's at this store and always felt welcomed. I just wanted to leave a review today as I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Zak. Recently, I sent my daughter in to drop off some items. She has Tourette’s and can sometimes find communication challenging, especially in busy environments. She said Zak was incredibly patient, understanding, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Even though a few items had to be rejected due to the store’s policy, he explained everything clearly and kindly, making the process smooth and stress-free for her. She came out smiling and said how comfortable he made her feel — which means a lot to us. Professionalism like this deserves recognition. We will definitely be continuing to coming here!!

   They now want you to leave your bags of clothes and bank account details so they can go through them in there own time ( very picky ), no chance!.clothes being sent to Ukraine, heard about the shops in Ukraine relling clothes at huge profits.

   Amazing service and whilst waiting I was absolutelty shocked that a customer came in swearing when she was advised to leave her bags as there were 15+. Karen was trying to explain there was too many to sort through and before she could explain any more the young customer swore and shouted again and slammed the door nearly off its hinges. This is not acceptable and the staff should not have to deal with this behaviour which is threatening and abusive. I should also not feel uncomfortable whilst waiting, it was frightening for all of us. Karen was extremely polite and professional throughout.

   I have taken my preloved clothes here many times. Karen is very helpful. I popped in close to shop shutting once and she explained that I could leave my items and phone number, then I'd get a call first thing in the morning once she'd had a chance to sort. Yes I got some items back, but simply walked them round to Sainsburys clothes bank. My money was stored safely and returned with my bags when I finally made time to collect them. I think the negative reviews are evidence of people being too judgemental and impatient.
