   This place is becoming worse by the day. The prices have become extortionate. They start you off so you can’t leave and then you have to wait around a couple of hours until they are free, even if you have an appointment. They don’t clean the cuticles, a foot massage lasting 10 seconds. The polish is cheap and chips. The service is bad and the place is either too hot in summer (no fans) or freezing cold in the winter. You have to pay first so you get stuck waiting around. Husband and wife will tell you 10 minutes and two hours later it’s still 10 minutes. Equipment is not sanitised and foot basins are not washed properly. So you may have a risk of infection. Be careful. Your reply that this is a fake review from a competitor is amusing. I used to come to this place when it was owned by the Vietnamese lady. I have been coming here since 2017. Since the new ownership this place has gone downhill. You charge £33.00 for a basic pedicure where you don’t even do them professionally? This price is for the watered down nail polish you use. Yes I don’t come in there anymore and now go to a wonderful Place past Dudley road. Thank you

   Very bad service she will book an appointment for you and if someone else comes in she will see to them and ask you to come back later very very bad customer services and the nail art has got sloppy. Will not go back and will not recommend them to anyone. It just about money now the new people have taken over.

   The man who did my nails, did not shape them the same way as I had came in with. When he cut them down he did not ask if it was the right length. Cut my skin so deep with the buffer, I have never in the 15 years I have been having my nails done been cut this deep! My nails are all different lengths. He never once checked them against each other. The nails themselves are fine and so is the colour I picked. However would never use them again. I wish I had waited for my normal place to open.

   I loveee my nails they are so cuteee!!! They lasted a long time,about 4 weeks for me. The lady who did my nails was so sweet and chatty. The shop had a nice vibe and the prices are cheap. I would definitely recommend :)))
