   You can't fault the atmosphere here, Cam makes you feel at home and not like the first time you're going there. The whole point of me going here was because I thought it was a black owned business, and it is, but there's 2 other ladies working there. I think it would be better if they used a booking app with their faces and names so newbies can choose who they would like to do their nails. I was given an appointment with a lovely white lady, which didn't bother me in the slightest because I thought if she's working there, then she's obviously as good as the other two. She was running very late due to the appointment before me arriving 45 minutes late, which didn't affect her nails because she was a regular, but it definitely affected my nails. My nails were rushed, not shaped the way I wanted, I requested coffin and received a square. The acrylic has been done misshaped with humps and flat parts not smooth. Then, to top it off, the design given was so basic as I was so confident I allowed her to free style (my mistake) I was still charged £50 for this poor work. I messaged the next day and sent pictures of her bad work and was told I could pop in so she could shape them into a coffin and redesign but only had one hour to do this. So there was no point in going back for another rushed appointment as the nails looking flat needs fixing also, but she wouldn't have time to correct that. Once again, she put regular clients before the newbie. I decided to cancel my infill appointment with her as I'd lost all faith in her and believe she's not the nail tech for me. I really wanted to rebook with Cam but would also feel away going back there. Anyway, my search goes on for a new nail tech, as I will be soaking off these nails I just had done on Saturday, 24th August 2024. So I wanted to see what response I would get if I tried to rebook, but this time, I asked for Cam. The response was that we don't have any availability for new clients with Cam or Bentleys....really now, cum'on be honest! All I did was pay £50 for poor nails and left an honest review

   The best salon in the West Midlands. All ladies are very welcoming & any design you may want they will do it no questions asked. I have been going for many years and never have I been disappointed, my nails are always beautiful & I leave more then satisfied. Their work is beyond 5*’s and so are they! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

   The best nail salon in the West Midlands. I’ve tried so many places. After being a client at Cam & Bentlys I’ve never looked back. 10/10 customer service, every time I have an appointment I feel welcomed. I’ll never let any other nail tech do my nails again.

   Hands down THE best nail salon ANYWHERE!! The girls are fantastic and so so welcoming and chatty. Love going to have my nails done here as I leave with amazing nails with all the glitter, bling and any design I could possible want as well as having had a proper giggle in a great atmosphere. 100% recommend if you want on point nails and great banter! Love you girls!!

   Wow this has to be THE best nail salon. Both cam and Bentley are so welcoming (I haven’t been while the other nail techs are there) the banter is the one and they both make you feel so relaxed. Nails are on POINT! they will do any nail design you take in to them. I’ve been going to Cam & Bentleys since Bentley became qualified and done home visits 6 years ago. Recommend 100% A* thanks Cam & Bentley

   This place is amazing. Best place to get top quality nails. They do not use tips they build with acrylic and have the most amazing blingy designs. The salon is really clean and decorated beautifully. Really good prices given that the quality of the nails are best I've ever seen. Staff are really friendly. Definitely coming back.
