I don’t normally leave reviews, and I should say that the clothes look lovely, but the store assistant was especially rude and unhelpful (and I see that others have similarly commented so it is something the owner should be aware of as the clothes look great). I was asked if I needed any help, to which I said some wide leg trousers and she said “you’ll have to look yourself, love that’s how it works in here” and mentioned there’s another person who works there suggesting she didn’t know what they had. Given the limited stock, you’d expect some knowledge of it. I’ve been to many vintage shops around the world and the service is very different.

Aww Anne really made my day, she is the loveliest owner, I had a sweetest time shopping here she is so knowledgeable and passionate about curation and about every single pieces she has. Will be going there often ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had a wonderful shopping experience with Anne, the owner. She’s the loveliest person. And there are so many good pieces for good prices. Can’t wait to come back!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share what was unfortunately one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I have encountered. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted; instead, the staff member immediately walked away. I initially thought little of this, assuming she may have simply been having a difficult day. However, I was taken aback when I overheard her remark — without discretion — that customers throughout the day had been “nuisances,” and that I too fell into this category. She then commented, in reference to me, that she had come “all the way downstairs for her.” A few minutes later, she approached me and asked me to leave because she was “closing the shop,” despite it being an hour before closing. The entire interaction was quite shocking in both its unprofessionalism and lack of basic respect. I cannot imagine what judgment this treatment was based upon, but it was certainly misguided. Ironically, had I been given the opportunity to browse in peace, I would likely have been a lucrative customer.

A really amazing selection of designers and brands. Fairly priced. I rarely go in and walk out empty handed. Owner and everyone who works there loves clothes and is super friendly. My go to second hand designer shop in London!

The rudest staff I have ever seen. Treating your browsing of the store as if you had just insulted their mother or something.Owner takes a look at you as soon as you walk in, if she doesn't like you she treats you like trash. It's overpriced, tiny and terrible service. Don't go, not worth it. Head down to Camden passage instead for some lovely vintage stores with nice people. The woman working there clearly likes to insult people and turn them away, weird business practice...

Expired products in high prices with a very bad and strange manager’s attitude! I regret paying 26£ coming to the store all over the way from Mayfair. Don’t waste your time, neither your money.

Extremely rude customer service from the woman working there. Went at lunch time during my break and there was sign on the door that said 'Open, please ring for door.' I rang and the woman working there came out the back and brusquely unlocked the door without opening it or saying anything to me. I proceeded to look at the item in the window and she snapped at me loudly saying 'DON'T TOUCH!' I was shocked at her demeanor and just said I was looking for the price. Then she snapped back saying 'only I KNOW the price,' and then quoted something off the top of her head. I immediately just left due to the extremely poor service and arbitrary pricing based on whatever mood she's in. If you're looking to visit, don't even bother.

I was humiliated by the shop’s owner when trying to return a brand new pair of shoes I bought last week that were too big. She screamed at me saying they had been worn outdoors when I’m fact I had just tried them once in the shop and in my bedroom. There were no marks of use whatsoever other than some dust on the soles from her shop floor which was clearly very dirty. She could’ve talked about in a polite and professional way. Instead, she had an appalling and shocking behaviour, shouting and accusing me of lying in front of other customers saying she “couldn’t believe I had the audacity to ask for that”. I’d never felt so humiliated in my whole life and it makes me really sad to know there are people like that in the world, especially coming from a shop owner who doesn’t seem to have any customer service skills and treats us like criminals.
