   Utterly disappointed. I was happy up until my friend and I finished Antipasti then everything went wrong. You guys failed with 3 major issues: - it took so long to get any attention after we finished our starters. I had to call a staff to clean our table and let him/her know that we're ready for the main - when they brought 2 pastas, one of them was cold & the other was absolutely tasteless. When we mentioned, the staff said they might not put salt when cooked pasta. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! you guys serve pastas as main dishes. This is utterly jaw-dropping that you told us that as an excuse. You did bring new one but the 2nd time, both pasta was so salty. - when a male server came to ask if everything is better, I had to say something again because my first experience at Lina Store was so nice. He said he'll talk to the manager. And, we asked for the bill after 5 mins or so. - then a female staff brought the bill, no explanation whatsoever, what's been reflected on the bill or apologies. We literally had to look at the bill to find out that there was a deduction as 'Good Will'. I'm actually speechless. The evening supposed to be enjoyable, ruined by blend, tasteless food that I highly recommended to a friend we must go here. I will never go back.
