   I didn't even want to give one star.... The staff who was there(Betty) absolutely rude and unreasonable and unprofessional. Worst service ever, she refused to accept return of a welly boots, first she said it's been worn, then she changed her reasoning to take it west croydon store (where it was originally bought). Then her final resoning was it passed the 21 days period even it was only 8 days since i bought it. Never ever will shop in tress pass again!!!

   Refused to provide a refund for unworn faulty goods, returned with receipt. A fly zip that doesn't stay done up is not considered a defect when it comes to Trespass gear. Won't be shopping here again.

   The best experience possible especially if you're into sports and adventures as a family..every item of clothing and outdoor essentials are available at very reasonable price , particularly if you're looking for items for your little one. Excellent customer service goes hand in hand at this store. You won't be disappointed.

   One of the most amazing visits I made to any store since the beginning of this Pandemic!! Today, I visited Trespass (Wimbledon) to return a Ski Jacket I ordered online due to size difference. Marco was fabulous with my return process and guided me to the section where I may find a replacement which was very nice that he explained different types of jackets...etc. Then I found one which then Michael helped me with the check-out. Michael went above and beyond a great customer service explaining to me the quality of the new jacket, the Recco technology and how it works, he even taught me how to fold it easily so that it can fit in my back bag! Kudos to these two personnel and will definitely remember them both every time I use this jacket. Absolutely I am coming back and purchase more products. Well done guys!

   Awful atmosphere, no music playing, 3 staff behind the till chatting, no acknowledgement while I was there and no one wearing masks. I eventually had to approach the group for help and then they had to have a chat between to decide who should have to help me. I got minimal information and when I asked if they could check another store for the size I was told I should call around and ask myself. With 3 people in store paid to generate sales this for me was appalling especially with the struggles of retail right now. I recommend a review of cctv to fully understand my feedback.

   Slightly larger than the other three stores I've been to. As a result this store has more stock and more choice. I find the quality of the walking shoes here is really good. I managed to find a lightweight pair of walking shoes for summer, to compliment the pair I use now. As usual the price was excellent at £29.99. So much better all round than the Columbia shoes I've had until now. The lady who served me was great too. Very helpful and friendly. Good customer service. Very pleasant experience.
