Good range and prices. The male assistant was helpful in the Menswear area. The changing room assistant was completely disengaged. I was less than impressed when the checkout staff rolled my newly bought garments into a ball and chucked them into a bag, all with no eye contact or any sign of customer service training.

closed fitting room, closed doors, closed checkouts, why would you even bother to open this store if you can't provide the absolute bare minimum? fast-fashion is fairly bad as it is but the shopping experience being worse than Tk Maxx is surprising

A quiet place to shop on a Sunday and I think it is pretty good if you need to use the changing rooms since it's not busy, so no queueing. It's rare for me to walk into clothes shops. I buy loads online from H&M and find being a member with free postage and returns if you spend over Β£30 works well for me. I wanted to see their hats irl but the ones I was interested in weren't in store. I did end up buying one online. There's two floors, with escalators to go up and down. The entrance inside One New Change doesn't seem to open, so if the doors ignore you too, head to the street entrance on Cheapside. :p Happy Shopping!

A really odd H&M. Stocks a bit of a weird selection from their women's line and the few times I have been in here there were far too few staff for the size of the store and customer service is poor. I came to collect an order around 4pm today and it took me a good 10 minutes to try and get someone's attention. Lady at the cashier downstairs rudely told me collection was upstairs, but NO staff to be found anywhere, until the same lady came up to rearrange hangers and I had to ask her about my order. She again told me to find someone else to deal with my order at the fitting room and I had to insist there was nobody at the fitting room, only then did she go and get my order. What a hassle. Never coming back here.

Slowest service ever. Staff are lazy and dont enjoy working I was standing in the queue to buy something for a while and the lady think it’s a good idea to have a full length conversation. Also when I went in I asked for work trousers and she said there was none and I double checked and I found some and when I confronted her, her excuse was β€œ I’m new” appalling.

Beautifully set up, clean and unlike in the U.S. there aren’t clothes lying about EVERYWHERE. I will say there’s an obvious difference of what is sold here vs the US. Less of the dress down here. Did find it funny to see a Wisconsin sweatshirt as the other choice next to Los Angeles. If you’ve been to both places you would understand why.

My office is like 5 mins from this store so I am a frequent visitor. The store looks open and big. It is clean at all times. Well , I never needed any assistance with clothes so can't really comment on their customer service. Collection - There is a wide variety to choose from. Sale - I picked up few clothes during sale and they were really good. I got good discount on some clothes. The store isn't as busy as it should be given it's prime location.

Beautiful place, nice and fairly priced clothing for ladies, men and kids. Wasn't exactly impressed with customer service. But good clothes.
