I have been today in this store, Rita and Yasmine really helped me out with what I was after. Best store and customer service!
Poor customer service. Popped into the store this morning. We were the only customers. The 3 staff were discussing their private lives and when we did ask for assistance. We were told that the stock was out. We went elsewhere. Maybe employ staff that want to serve the customers and you may make some sales.
Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service!! This shop doesn't have a return policy. I bought shoes from this shop which wasn't comfortable for me. I decided to return the shoes but the staff refused to refund. They staff was very rude , I was explaining but they told me '"if we argue for 10 hours we will not take it back". It was very unprofessional and rude customer service. They don't follow the policy, when you out from the shop they will make it miserable to refund. I would highly NOT recommend to anyone this shop.
Really pleased and happy with the customer service at this Branch. Ive been going here for years and always shop here due to the service. The manager Ade was very accommodating to a situation I had and resolved the issue calmly. The staff are very friendly and store standards are always flawless which makes it easier to shop. Most probably the best Tommy Hilfiger you will shop at! Keep up the great work and thanks again.
I had a nice time shopping, excellent customer service , the sales rep took her time to get for my sizes and also made some few choices to me , she also showed me the new arrivals and those on sales , lovely packaging , i also love that they had different sections for male and female. They also have a fitting room to test your clothes. Good price and good quality . They are on sales up to 50% discount. They also give 10% discount to Blue light card holders .
Didn't know what to expect when I went into the store after reading the negative review. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and served me with a smile. Keep up the good work.
Not sure about the other reviews at all, have been here twice including collecting an item today, the staff members (both ladies) we quick to help, service with a smile and I felt welcome. I had on rough sort of clothes due to dome some DIY too and I'm an Asian male with a beard, didn't feel dismissed at all. Will shop again.
It was good apart from no gift cards for a gift voucher, a till receipt just doesn't have the same impact
Wasn't expecting much after reading terrible reviews here, but the staff was excellent! By far the best Tommy Hilfiger store service-wise. The choice was good albeit somewhat limited by the floorspace.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They were not interested and not able to provide any kind of assistance. I have been to many Tommy outlets and the staff has always tried to help, but the staff here are always busy having a gala time.
