Went for Euros good rate and very efficient staff
Nearly missed our flight out to Mallorca because althams gave us wrong information. On top of that they lied to us about the Room being kept on for the last day. We weren't being picked up until 6 pm but hotel kicked us out of room at 11am. This is not the first time althams have lied about such things. I won't be using them again. Barfaced lies
It's been a week since I called in to see if they price match a holiday. I'm still waiting to hear back, went here because of the reviews, and they have been there for years.
Staff knowledgeable,friendly work hard to ensure you get the holiday you are looking for.they also covered the collapse of a holiday company I had booked with and transferred the booking to another company so we didn't have to shell out any funds whilst waiting for a refund.well recomended
