   I booked my holiday for next year at the TUI branch in Denton yesterday. The customer service I received from Charlotte was absolutely superb. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Charlotte was very thorough when explaining the details of my holiday to ensure that I was completely happy with my choice. I would totally recommend booking a holiday with Charlotte, because her exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations.

   Excellent service when visiting Denton yesterday the staff were wonderful when I went to make enquiries re river cruises & even though I said that I wasn't looking to book just now as I have never been on a cruise and needed time to think about it, Debra C and Katie were so helpful and enthusiastic to find out and show me as much as they possibly could to help. My hubby & me went back today and within minutes he was really impressed although Debra was with others she greeted us as we entered & we were seen by Jodie who went through everything again, we went on to book our cruise to celebrate our very special time in our lives and Jodie, Debra C and Katie made us feel special .    We got served by Debra W who was brilliant, she sorted out our trip to Mexico quickly and expertly, she even added our friends onto the same booking so we're all going together with seats next to each other on the plane. Couldn't fault it and a great price capped it off. Further more we will be back soon to book a Caribbean Cruise for next year.
