   Avoid at all costs. Richard is an incredibly unorganised and rude man, that speaks to women with utter contempt when backed into a corner. Richards poor character aside, Henbury Travel literally offer nothing in the way of service, they just take money and leave you to figure out the rest. I would always try to use an independent to book my holidays, but after my experience with Henbury Travel I would now question what the point is?
