Do not buy from this site. After almost three months I received one of my orders. Poor quality, incorrect sizing, looks nothing like the pictures. You cannot return items to this site. The phone number is no good and if you try to "chat" with them, they want to charge you and you never get a callback. Such a scam.
Stay away from it! I can only agree with all the previous speakers in this regard: the beautifully presented articles do not stand up to reality in any way! Fit, material, colors, especially sizes...everything for the barrel. I ordered 7 items, which were delivered individually after a long wait (CHINA!!!). Not a single item fit, either way too big or way too tight...for one size. All attempts to return the goods came to nothing; They cost me a lot of time without me making any progress. Catastrophic, incomprehensible and confusing! I had no choice but to watch as more than 200 euros were debited via Klarna and in return all seven products were disposed of in the bin. Very expensive tuition paid! Therefore: never again JustFashionNow and again the recommendation, the warning... KEEP YOUR FINGER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They have been taking £30 from my account for last 5 months illegally! Fraud! Bank informed!
Absolutely keep your hands off it, have already tried twice to get a return slip. none. I will refund the amount. Maybe then there will be a reaction.
If I look at the imprint with the address and enter this address in Google Maps and look at the building like this, then I don't see a shop, but a normal residential building!! It also says in the imprint that no items should be returned to this address. For me this shop is fake. People always check the imprint, there's no telephone number either. If you are not sure, just call first if there is a phone number. There are now so many fake shops on the Internet that it is no longer celebratory.
I would not recommend ordering from JustFashionNow unless you are prepared to keep the item no matter if it fits well or you don’t really like it. They do have beautiful items however. I received an item which was as it appeared online but during Covid and before Christmas of 2021, it took far too long coming. I spent a great deal of time researching exactly how to return it. This required several requests for a return mailing address label. Finally it came and I sent it back for a refund (which JFN says we can do) with all the fine details looked after. I sent it regular post as to insure it would have doubled the price of the item. No word from them, no refund, even with a threat of bad reviews. I am now out the price of the item and the return mailing cost. JustFashionNow does not live up to their advertising. They are not a trust worthy company. They do not want you to return an item so they offer you 25% off to keep it and make it next to impossible to return it. I will not order again from them no matter how great they appear.
