   I would say the worst customer service. Not everyone the two individuals in the counter. It was two ladies. Me and my partner were trying to find the Que on the counter as there was not a clear line we could lineup. The lady in the counter pointed at me very rudely . After all when I came to the counter to pay this lady with her colleague laughed at us with a comment. The worst service we ever had!

   Vanessa had done a perfect job for piercing. She’s fun too and loosened up the air when stressed before the shot. Explained post pierce care instructions clearly, Now it’s all good and healed after 2 months. Highly recommend.

   I went to get my ears pierced, was already very nervous as I don’t like needles, and when they attempted to pierce my left ear it was unsuccessful as the gun they used was faulty, the piercing did not work and I was put through pain, after apologising they did get a new gun, which then pierced both my ears successfully, but couple weeks later as I wait for my ears to be fully healed, my left piercing did get infected despite me using the correct cleaning, sanitising procedures every day.

   I’ve had such a lovely experience in this shop that there’s no way I couldn’t give it 5 stars! The dresses were absolutely beautiful, and the staff were so patient and lovely to talk to! A lady named Sonya,in particular, helped me out when I was losing my mind over not being able to find a dress that suits me. She helped me out, picked me out some dresses herself and made it so I left the shop feeling happy and confident. Will absolutely return.

   Appalling customer service and that too from the manager?! Honestly am so disappointed. The lady in the fitting room was lovely, Dulce. She was so kind and so helpful. Giving me tips on how I should I do my hair with the dress I picked. I was in such a good mood. When I served at the till by the MANAGER, she was cold, rude and gave me so much attitude. Honestly ruined my whole day. Please hire more women like Dulce.

   Staff here are amazing! The women working at the changing room were all so lovely both days I went into the store. I was trying on the bridal range and they were more than happy to help and gave opinions as well as lovely compliments. The experience alone made me buy from this store. It was 100x better than the bridal shop I attended just before.
