   Some of the workforce are friendly and some of them don’t even want to be their , never been to a shop that people are not happy to serve the one guy was really friendly and helpful, Adam. God bless him. . Good store shame the rest of the stores around it are closed.

   Visited the store over the weekend to purchase a jacket which unfortunately I uncovered an issue with. I returned the next day and spoke to Shae who was very empathetic and really went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She is a real credit to the store.

   Brilliant customer service. Popped in last week desperately looking for a Xmas gift for my partner, was helped out by the lady with the dark curly hair. She was absolutely brilliant, very attentive, kind and friendly. Really excellent service and supportive team. Walked out with a few more items then I’d intended. Excited to gift these to him!    Nice selection but unhelpful, rude staff. Whenever I walk in the staff are either just on your phones or talking to each other. Even when you ask for help it seems as if you are bothering them or it is a great chore to speak. Better off going to the Stone Island store or buying online.
