   I have attended the clothing boutique in Romford to make a return on one of the item that I bought, first I bought some clothes and they left the lock on it. I used my phone card to pay for it but when it is time for refund, they said the till wasn't letting them refund it, I tried to speak to them asking them if they was any contingent plan in place for people without card as I most use my wallet to pay for things and should be refunded in that way, one of the salesperson started getting impatient and irritated at me asking for my money and they said I should take it back that there is nothing they can do .... Are you really telling me that there is nothing in place or any person with a higher authority that is capable of sorting this out. Is the refund policy really what it says it is..... highly disappointingly or maybe I am not properly attended to as a result of something else.

   I popped in to look for a dress to wear at my friends wedding the lady was extremely helpful she picked about 10 dresses for me to try on and gave me her opinion to help me choose we both decided on two which I brought to take home and decide on. Thank you so much xx

   Toni was good and professional. However as a company I find them to be very bad . More instead in policy's and not enough focus on the customer. They made my elderly mother bring her receipt in as they could not give a refund with out a receipt.( Head office policy!) Only to be told she still couldn't have her money back! They said head office wouldn't allow it! Not the staffs or the manager fault! However where is your compassion head office! To bothered about your own policy's!? Well it's my policy to give you 1 star and a bad review. How do you like that at head office?
