    Excellent customer service - I had a wonderful experience. Amara helped me choose my bridal outfits and my mother and sister's ones too. She helped me find jewellery and a tailor to alter the fitting. Incredible service and really beautiful clothes. This is my 'go-to' place now for Pakistani outfits

    Unprofessional, employees are scammers. Paid for a sixty pound top twice when I had only chosen one, so a total of one hundred and twenty pounds. When I was paying for the one item the staff claimed it didn’t go through, after telling the staff that the first transaction was approved as it showed it on the card reader, however she was adamant and told me it was declined she also didn’t provide a receipt for the declined transaction as it apparently didn’t print one, then made me put the card in and do it the second time with my pin and said it was approved. Once I travelled back home (which is an hour and half away from the store) I noticed on my online banking it the transaction did go through twice, I returned to the store the following day to speak to the same lady at the shop and showed the online banking proof And she refused to give a refund straight away or let me get another outfit instead, The lady who claimed she was the owner was only the store manager, Kept saying that I had to email them in regards to the situation so they can investigate. And refused to give details of the owner of the store when I requested to speak to the owner, the employee claimed she only had a email address for contact details of the owner. So unprofessional and disgusted by the service and employees.

    The service we received from Saira was brilliant. The made to order garment was just the way we wanted it and the alterations were done on the same day within an hour and a half. The service was friendly and we were updated throughout. I would highly recommend and I will be back in the future!

    I had an awful experience, very rude customer service. I went in with my family to look for an outfit, I came across a suit I really liked, so picked it out from the railing and asked one of the staff if they had a different size in it. She said No we don't and immediately snatched the suit from me and put it away. I was really saddened by her behaviour but didn't think too much of it. Then minutes later, another lady came and again enquired about this same outfit, and she once again said No we don't have other sizes in a very annoyed and frustrated way. As if she did not want to sell anything. Her mannerism definitely needs working.

    Purchased my wedding lengha from their bridal studio and it was absolutely perfect! There was a delay in receiving the outfit, but the measurements and look of the outfit was exactly how I asked for it to be. Always buy my usual outfits from here too and they’re always stunning so would definitely recommend!

    Overpriced clothes and the young girl with Hijab who was wearing jeans was very moody and did not show good customer service. She was snappy when I asked a question. She needs to learn how to greet her customers in a welcoming manner. So I definitely won't be coming here again. Loss for the owner!
