PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We booked a 19 day holiday to South America, 15 night Cruise to South America and 3 night stay at The Savoy in Buenos Aires before flying home overnight. This had been booked to celebrate a 45 Wedding Anniversary almost 2 years ago, we requested a high room with a view in Buenos Aires . Six months ago we were recommended to change our hotel, as The Savoy were not offering refunds if cruise was cancelled . We reluctantly changed to Esplendor by Wyndham Tango because of the rooftop pool, and subsequently paid Β£180 for 3 transfers....Lisbon airport to cruise terminal, Buenos Aires port to hotel and hotel to airport. Transfer from port to hotel didn't arrive, we paudio for another transfer and the hotel we went to was Esplendor by Wyndham Buenos Aires....no comparison at all to The Savoy, at best I would say on par with a very cheap and dingy B&B in UK! Please see photos of 'room with a view'! After phone calls to Cruise1st totalling Β£30, and unplugging the TV so we could even plug a phone charger in, we were transfered to our alternative choice hotel.....loosing 1 of our 3 days in Buenos Aires ! Leaving port at 9.30 and finally in room at 4.15. This totally ruined our celebrations and the holiday. I will leave a separate review for Celebrity Equinox, and the 14 night cruise as it is not far to mention them in the same breathe! If you want a package....cruise, hotel, transfers etc PLEASE use someone else!

Writing this review after only being on holiday 1 day as multiple issues including Royal Caribbean. We got to Salou airport to find out we had no transfer from the airport but this wasnβt explained, we were only told about the one on the way back. The lady I spoke to was just un sympathetic and had to ring them while in Spain, but then we have had our first meal and the food is meh at best which is disappointing to say itβs meant to 4*. Royal Caribbean which I know is not controlled by cruise 1st but because it is part of their package, I am adding this comment. They took a double payment from me, I rang them and they sent me an email saying it was cancelled and would refunded, itβs been 5 days and Iβve just got a message via my online bank saying itβs been accepted!! I have to wait another 3-5 days when the money was for my holiday! The bus transfer from the hotel Salou to the port we were advised the time of arrival for the bus, there was 3 of us all together and the bus dropped us off at the airport with no mention of next steps. I had to ring the office and they then explained we needed to get transport from the airport and this was no where on the paperwork provided by your company nor the bus services. We waited 15/20 minutes with advisors shaking their heads scrambling to find transport as no one was going to the port. We finally got one and it was a good job I was there to help Robert Elliott who was an elderly alone passenger booked through yourselves. I had called before the holiday to ask about hand luggage and spoke to someone with a European accent whoβs said we had 7kg upon return, I then called Sunday to make sure and was told it was 10kg so it had now changed. I wanted to make sure we definitely had hand luggage and when we arrived at the check in desk they made us pay Β£95 (β¬110.22) for an extra bag, the extra baggage on the way back was for an underseat bag yet on the way we could take a bag, hand luggage and a main case via Jet2. I understand the are 2 separate airlines but yet the communication has not been there from yourselves therefore, I require reimbursement for the Β£95 we have paid I will be using Iglu cruises next time or just book it myself direct as this has just been a faff.

We're trying to book a package to Europe with Cruise1st Australia, the consultant Kate lee told us that she would call me in the afternoon on Friday to finalise the booking but she didn't. I've tried to call back and was told she already left early for the day, and her colleague tried to ask me to pay the deposit but said that's only for the cruise as she could not confirm the flights, so we didn't want to pay as we wanted to book for the whole package. On Saturday Kate lee emailed back and said that the price is the same, and when we said it's Not, already increased, eventhough it's only a small amount, but the way they said is not honest and not nice, so DO NOT book with them as you can't imagine what will happen after you paid??

They were generally ok when booking the cruise but as soon as they have your booking the support disappears. They no longer care. The agent they sold you the cruise is not longer your point of contact and their customer services opening hours are short. Good luck talking to them if you have a full time job! I wanted to amend our cabins to a higher grade after booking. 6 calls and countless emails later itβs still not done. There booking terms are worse than the cruise line direct too. In future Iβll go direct to the cruise line. Avoid.

Do not use this company. They will be all smiles and joy whilst you make your booking over the telephone, but as soon as they have your money the customer service stops. To make any changes, including adding flights and to even spend more money with them, it's all email. With an average 3-4 day response time, so you can miss out on flight deals, if you think of a question, call them up, nope they will not answer, you have to email. The after sales customer service is so incredibly poor, avoid them.

Misleading prices to attract the customers and beat their competitors then increase their price when payment is due. They had an online price of Β£4800. I booked online then they said it was only available for Β£6000. They tried to play it down as errors and availability but people aren't stupid. They should not be allowed to use this practice and should be denied advertising until they prove integrity. Where are Trading Standards and Advertising Standards Authority?

When I search for cruise departing from UK, I find this website. And I aware it has office in Manchester which is close to me. However, the score of review was not good. As customer who finished trip and back for review, I can confirm this agent is trustworthy. My agent named Norah, always quick response for helping me design route and stay etc. My experience is smooth and there were no problems or difficulties for after payment amend. I do recommend my friend who like to try cruise and I may plan my travel with this agent again.

My mum and dad booked with this company to go on royal carribean in Oct 2022 and the cruise was great but very disappointed when there were 16 pound gratitude were charged every day and sometimes twice a day I emailed cruise 1st about this and answer was you were told about this when booking which was a total lie.

would not add a star as my experience with cruise 1st is disgusting booked a cruise through them and paid a deposit after seeing it advertised, just got a email to say it has now been cancelled. Completely false advertising by this company do not book through them as they take your deposit then offer you a cruise shorter to a completely different place. Think a visit to trading standards is in order for false advertising.

If it's just a cruise from the UK your after then Cruise1st were fine. If, however, you've got your heart set on the holiday of a lifetime requiring personalised flights, which Derek flags up time and time again on the TV sales show, then think again. Our trip was booked in January 2022 for January 2023 with a request for a longer stay in Auckland to see family. This was to lead to a fabulous cruise and flight home from Sydney. Requests included extra leg room seats in Economy for 2 people and Business class for 1 person. As with all trips booked well in advance we knew we would have to wait for flight confirmation. In September we started chasing up the flight confirmation, knowing full well that by this time any deals would have long sold out. Skip to October and the flight options were offered to us...13th October to be precise. The options involve either multiple stops and changes or price increases of Β£340 for economy and up to Β£6,894 for Business. If you do book a fly cruise deal don't expect the flight part to be as easy as the cruise! Final balance payment has been demanded with the threat of holiday cancellation...deposit Β£2,000 non refundable...and still no flight confirmed. So very stressed! A quick update 14th October...flights confirmed but my Business seat supplement went up to Β£8168 !!!!! Ridiculous. I'm going to have to amend my September 2023 cruise until 2024, which is fine but I'll probably just lose my deposit and call it quits!
