   this company wouldn’t let me return a dress that i had brought yesterday and hadn’t taken out of the bag because it smelt of “washing powder” rubbish excuse not to give money back if you ask me

   Don't bother shopping in here if you need to take something back, accused my mum of being a liar! Said a dress that she was trying to return had been washed when clearly it had the label still attached said my mum had taken the label off and then reattached which is ridiculous. This was the manager who refused to refund even though my mum said the item was too small. The item wasn't cheap but tbh I saw the dress the day she bought it and it was cheaply made the fabric is see through and that's why she also wanted to return it. I was going there this week to buy an outfit I'd seen last week but I won't be bothering!! If I could give zero stars I would. The dress was in perfect condition!
