   Not happy today. I found these lovely shoes and I took them to the girl standing on the shop floor. And I asked her if there was shoes in my size (4.5 or 5). Without even checking she shakes her head and says no Without even any proper eye contact. It was as if I was bothering her. I just cake from clarkes where the people there approach you first and go over and beyond to help you. Even if my size isn't there, they direct you to the online page. Here there was no effort, eye contact or even a smile. As I said, if was as if I was bothering her. At around 4.20 pm. Not great in this economy, everyone should be happy to even have a job and have customers!!!!

   The sales assistant out there were least interested in attending the customers. Whatever query we were asking, she kept saying everything has been displayed there. Pathetic

   I have purchased shoes for my holiday ten days ago and I selected regular click and collect which should take 2-5 business days. My holiday is after tomorrow and I haven’t received any email to collect the shoes and I’m very upset. This is not the first time it’s happened but in this circumstance it has left me frustrated.

   When I came to pay, there were no staff in the shop, with two other customers waiting to pay. I went out the back and called out, nobody answered and nobody came. If you are happy to wait ages, you should get the shoes you want, if not, don't go. Also, I was able to freely roam around their stock room, there was no security on the doors, and the shopfloor was without staff. If I can't afford shoes anymore, that's where I'll go.

   Quite basic choice of footwear but you can always ask to order stock available on their website. Staff is lovely, very chatty and friendly. Highly recommended.

   Great store, nice and bright and tidy. The staff are welcoming without being imposing. They were also very helpful and patient with me when I wanted to exchange for an out of stock item, they found it online and helped me order online with a gift card. Great service.
