1. MARKERS UNIVERSAL ★☆☆☆☆

   Worst shopping experience Ive ever encountered, they appear to treat you like you owe them something to be there. Zero customer service and not just this branch alone. The security in this store is unacceptable and the SIA need to be brought in to check on them. Touching members of the public is not acceptable in trying to stop them etc on alarm tags, be warned and note. Management customer service and general appeal is lacking in all areas. This is not Spain Zara ?

   The worst shopping experience I have ever had. The tills do not work (even when the actual staff use them for you!) and I was treated terribly by the security guard as a result. So were four other customers whilst I was there yet no staff member thought to raise that the tills aren’t working. No real apology from the manager and the staff member who the till had failed for when I asked her for help did not acknowledge that she had managed the entire transaction. The staff all need customer service training desperately. I returned all of my items and I will never return.

   Rudeness in this store is unbelievable. No clear communication from staff and they have such attitude. Too lazy to care and really not surprised about the other comments above. The staff should not bother coming into work. They need lessons in product knowledge and communication. Zara help your staff to be better please

   Rude and unprofessional staff at Zara, Lakeside. It feels like staff are selected based on how rude they can be — the ruder, the better. Every time I return an online order in-store, I’m met with rude looks and sarcastic comments like “You think the refund will be faster this way?” — seriously? Why should I feel uncomfortable or awkward just for returning an item? It’s my right as a customer. Yes, I choose to return my online orders in-store — and no, it’s not about getting a faster refund! If store policy doesn’t officially support online returns at the till, just explain that politely. But no — the return is accepted, and I’m still treated like I’m begging for something. What surprises me most is how short-sighted some staff are — they send customers to the machines with such attitude, as if forgetting that soon those same machines might replace them. Zara, teach your staff some basic manners and respect — it’s long overdue.

   Wow, what a terrible place, staff just chatting to each other All other customers walking around like they are gods gift (I can assure you they arent) We got something with a £29 tag on it and it went through at £35, any other shop would honor the tag price but these lot said its £35. Other customers were trying to get staff attention and they were so busy chatting to each other it took the customers 4 attempts to get the staff attention. If it was the last place on earth for clothes I'd walk round with my little chap out.

   This black Friday Zara had the best sale among other retailers , looking forward to the Boxing Day and I am sure they won’t disappoint! Love their kids clothing super stylish and comfortable specially shoes as they r more light weight to wear!

   Queues at the tills are horrendous - 10 minutes wait. Despite this, the staff taking their time and having a chat with each other despite it growing busier. Not one apology for the delay or even a smile/ thank you. Other staff standing around despite spare tills being available to be used. Won't be going back.

   Needed a white swim suit, for a boat party but couldn't find a decent one, until I walked into Zara. Quality of clothing on point. Classy, feminine pieces, not thrown together, and overpriced like many shops today. The quality of the swim suit was well worth the price

   Shopping in Zara is a different experience entirely. Their clothes are always well made. My local Zara is at Lakeside shopping store which I use a lot. I always buy and ship to store to make use of the free shipping service and also this gives me the option to come in to pick in at a time convenient to me. Now the Zara at Lakeside is splitted into two (male and female store). Staff are helpful but rarely smile in the male store (I wonder why). The female store however have loads of staff in a party mood (always smiling and having a laugh with customers). All in all, I would always shop here cos the clothes are worth it.
