Visited the Watford store yesterday morning (15 Oct 2025) and was very impressed with the service I received. Young guy who served me was friendly and super helpful. On a different visit 2 weeks previously I was helped by two young girls in this shop, who were also prompt to help. I will definitely come back to this shop because of the great service!
Bad quality shoes and bad returns terms. Seemed comfortable when I tried them at the shop but when I tried them at home for a few hours, they quickly started to feel uncomfortable. Smart work shoes but don't expect to wear them for more than a few hours at a time. Clarks is much better quality hands down. Tried to return them 2 days later and I was offer an exchange or a voucher with 2 year expiry because they were on sale. Thing is, I will never bother shopping at office again due to the bad quality. They know this so they don't want their shoes back and for me that is a confirmation from them and an acknowledgement of their inferior quality. Staff were nice and helpful.
Went in today to buy a pair of shoes as a present. I clearly over heard the lady employee say “keep an eye on her” to her male colleague. (For context I am a person of colour) I still bought the shoes as they were a present but if I was in there for myself I would’ve left immediately. Never going back again.
Brilliant choice of all types of footwear. And some big discounts currently.
Yesterday I was in this branch to buy boots for myself, I chose two pairs of boots and I asked the lady who was wearing glasses and the employees there to bring them for me to wear. This word helped me and this lady treated me very badly and I lost all my energy to buy shoes.
I had such a helpful experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Small stores but has a very good range of products, the service is ok, some friendly helpful staff and some felt like they went out the night before had one too many drinks :) They didn't have my size, so I had to order the item online, but I guess it's good to see the real product on the display
Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered some shoes online, only for them to send out the right receipt, the right box and incorrect shoe size yet they refuse to take them back. Even discussed with the customer service team and they refused also! Failure to take responsibility of their own mistakes and the customer has to take the hit with the cost of the shoes. It upsets me that I have to post 1 star for a service rating.
