   Today, I went to the FoodLocker store. I came across a woman who worked there, and she was very rude. She didn’t know how to talk to customers — her customer service was terrible her name is sadaf. Big companies are closing down because they work like clams, they provide very poor customer service and they don't sell well. This is the reason why big companies are closing down every day.

   I feel rather sad to write such a poor review of what looks a lovely store, I have nerve damage in both my feet which are also flat and was looking for a suitable pair of shoes and was interested in on as I read interesting things about them. I saw two members of staff talking I waited 15 minutes for them to stop talking about a problem one of them had with a boyfriend I presume. This was very of putting as the conversation was very very loud I understand she mid have been disturbed but she is paid to assist clients. In the end one of the sales women came of I told her mer requirements she had zero knowledge of flat feet or any interest into finding out what would be suitable while serving they continued to banter. I have run a retail business for 40 years and would be totally appalled if my customers were treated ti's way. I wish footlocker Waterd the best but I would be concerned about staff training for sure.i expect no response but thought I would express my concern.

   Razane was excellent help. She helped my kids with their sizings and recommended us the best shoe for them. It was a very busy sunday and yet she still managed to give us the best customer service and was very patient. Thanks will recommend others come!!!

   Visit Watford store 8/1/2023 and served by the lady with glasses, she was very unhelpful just want to know if I can place an order and collected, she was answer: order online. I did but can’t see the option for collected. And back to her as I didn’t see the collected for delivery order but she only said: there’s no then. With no apologies! Even smile!.

   Not like the old footlocker. Just seems to have the same trainers as everywhere else. Staff seemed uninterested - maybe it was just a slow day. Its ok for what you go there for.
