   I have never encountered such a rude sales assistant. Complaint made and management do not care. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.

   Today I went to this boutique and was utterly dismissed. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I stood outside and knocked as told by the poster on door, the woman acknowledged me but still decided not to open the door. Another customer inside regarded the situation and told one of the staff members but they simply stood there and continued their conversation. I’m disappointed as I’ve purchased things from there many times before. I would not recommend.

   Bought a coat from here recently. Service was good. Friendly staff. A nice little store on the high street for the occasional treat. Is pricey but expected.

   Sold an item that are not in stock. I bought boots and paid for it so to receive a reply later saying they don't have it in stock. Why would you sell and advertise something that is not real??? Very disappointing. Used the website for the first time, will never use it again.

   Visited on a Saturday had to knock on door for the lady to open the door very odd and welcoming...she just went behind till and carried on talking to her friend..very rude! The usual 2 ladies who work there are super friendly and helpful I hope they come back as this is a lovely store. The lady needs to learn some customer service skills or maybe try another job very disappointing

   For a more discerning customer group, higher end market,quality shoes for all ages, helpful friendly staff , walked by a few times,and that's no mean feat ( feet/?) seems quet, but my opinion stands,nice shoes, you pays your money and take your choice.
