    The service is POOR. The staff make you feel like THEY’RE doing you a favour by shopping there! I also noticed staff ignore customers and be rude. One staff member said: β€œI gave you a size 11, here it is, now what’s the issue?” In such a RUDE tone. Retails stores like SD display signs like β€œDon’t be rude to our staff blah blah blah” but it’s the STAFF who are like this. Funny thing was at the till: STAFF MEMBERS UPSTAIRS TALKING AMONGST EACHOTHER SAYING β€œDONT GO DOWNSTAIRS TO HELP. LET ME HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS!!!”

    I have waited in queue for 25minutes went to the counter and she is telling come tomorrow to collect my online order and she was very rude to customers the parcel was just behind her she couldn’t scan and give me again she made to wait for 35 minutes I requested her please don’t be rude , after that she is telling to come tomorrow it was annoying .. I have traveled 40 minutes to the store to collect my order She was not polite to the costumers .. The management should take some action on this

    Dear Sports Direct Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today at 6:15pm at your Hayes branch. I purchased a pair of shoes two days ago from the Uxbridge store in preparation for my travel. While packing my bags today, I noticed that the shoes appeared to have been previously used and had a very unpleasant smell. As I was flying the next day and had limited time, I went to the Hayes Sports Direct store to request an exchange or return. Unfortunately, the staff ( Supervisor) member I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and rude. She refused to exchange or return the shoes and was unable to provide a clear explanation as to why. When I asked for her name, she declined to provide it and instead gave me a payroll number: 356043β€”though I have no way of knowing if this is accurate. Due to her unhelpful attitude, I had to go all the way back to the Uxbridge branch to process the return, which added unnecessary stress and wasted time during my already hectic travel preparations. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Staff should be trained to handle such situations with courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to assist customers, especially when the issue is due to a defective or previously used product being sold as new. I hope you take this complaint seriously and ensure that this employee receives the necessary training to provide better customer service in the future.

    I recently had a very disappointing experience at Sports Direct in Hayes. The staff were not only unhelpful but also displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. When I asked for assistance, I was met with dismissive attitudes and no willingness to help. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, this store failed completely in that regard. Such behavior creates a negative shopping environment and makes customers feel undervalued. I strongly suggest Sports Direct take steps to improve staff training in customer service and professionalism.

    I'm reallyd frustrating with situation that happened in one of your shops (Hayes) to my mother today. Today, 08.03.2022, approximately between 13-13.30 p.m my mother went to the Sportsdirect in Hayes for shopping because she wanted to buy sport costume for her beloved grandson whom she haven't seen for a long time. While she was checking a price of one of the jumpers, one of the security tags fall down from somewhere (because all clothes were with the security tags). My mother didn't even have a chance to understand what happened when one of the security workers approached her and started saying something ( she couldn't understand anything because she barely speaks English). Then he called a manager who came and asked my mother to show her bag to check if there's something inside. My mother immediately started showing her bag and clothes to show that she didn't take anything from the store. When she finished doing it, my mother asked if she can continue shopping in the store, when manager replied to my mother with raising her voice that she must go out and can't continue stopping. My mother was absolutely shocked and disappointed with this situation. She saved herself from Ukraine, from a horrible and terrifying war that is happening in our country right now, and flew to the UK because she believed that this is a safe country with nice and ward-hearted people. Unfortunately,this experience has impacted my mother badly because she felt humiliated and ashamed for something she didn't even do. I would like you to pay attention to this and teach your employees how they should communicate with people and if they did something wrong they should apologise to a person they have ashemed.

    What you expect from a Sports Direct but quite understaffed. No one to ask for help finding things so it took me longer than expected to go in and out. Also only one till was open so that took ages too. And many instances of kind playing with the footballs in store. You normally expect these guys to come down hard on that.

    Very busy, was helped by a blond man in the shoes department ground floor who was brilliant, will be back to this one again as he was the most knowledgeable and helpful of all sports direct I have been to. Issue was with credit card, we had an international card which they did not accept and the transaction was declined (bank fees will still be paid), they could have told us beforehand. Noting that we paid with the same card in another branch with no problems at all

    Store in Lombardy Retail Park really really busy and hardly any staff when I visited on the 28th Dec, especially on the women's floor. However, staff polite and helpful in finding a pair of plain black trainers for my job as an NHS support worker. They also accepted my Blue Light Card for an NHS discount in-store, something JD Sports refused me. So all in all I was happy with my experience at Sports Direct and I would shop there again.

    you feel the bad customer service ever if you going to refund or exchange .the attitude of the staff is like we bought the items in free. I bought a boot ,when i walk with that boot i feel it getting slippery and uncomfortable so I try to return it , 'then they says you" wear it outside so we cant refund it' its perfect to resale but they didn't accept I asked the the manger address of the store and he said "go and google it"
