We decided on a holiday & she started to book it for us but it showed up as having some building work done so we decided not to proceed with this.    We always use the Tui holiday store in Leigh to book our holidays rather than book on line. We always get a good price and find all the staff go over and above to help. Today we were served by Emily who was very helpful, informative and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel hurried and Emily was very patient and explained everything to us.    I always try to support local shops so we don't lose them. On the 18th of November my partner booked a holiday for us in the shop. As I was away, I paid the holiday over the phone, which was not a problem. Today, my partner called into the shop to book another holiday. However, this time, they wouldn't accept my payment over the phone. The person serving was very polite and apologised as she had to seek permission to take the payment. Whoever she spoke to wouldn't allow it. Well, the shops loss. Holiday now booked online.
