Been getting my nails done here for over 20 years but the last few visits I've noticed it's gone downhill. Nails come off after a few days, pedicures are fast and rushed, nail quality and paint is awful. Viv always doe everything perfectly the rest just rush rush rush. Won't be going back now sadly
This is probably the worst nail bar lol. The women who did my nails was rude huffing and puffing slamming the equipment down and someone tell me why she’s twisting my fingers as if she’s trying to break them and then trying to pick at my skin. I have anxiety so yes the fingers around my skin aren’t the best but she’s there trying to rip it off. Poor poor customer service. The nails please don’t even get me started they’re so bad lol not worth the £33 they charged me. Can’t even bring myself to post a photo of the outcome it’s embarrassing.
***APPALLING*** I am shocked by the service I received at this salon during a shellac removal. As shown in the photos, two of my nails were drilled into, causing bleeding, and the aggressive procedure removed several layers, leaving my nails paper-thin, splitting, and constantly breaking. This has caused significant pain, making it difficult to use my hands for weeks. I had to spend £60 on a podiatrist to prevent further damage, but I ultimately lost one nail due to the severe injury. When I returned to the salon to express my concerns, I was met with rudeness and indifference. They refused to apologise or offer compensation for my podiatric bill, which I felt was the least they could do.
***AVOID*** Do not go!! Terrible service, waited nearly 2 hours and came out with nothing! There was gaps under my acrylic and when questioned, I was told it’s because of how my nails bend?! After being told this I then had to sit and wait that long for someone to sort fix them, i had to ask for them to be removed and my nails are now sore and my skin is cut!
Put clear acrylic over pink because apparently didn't have the colour but didn't tell me until after they had filed and buffed all my nails down white tips chipped the next day and now they've started growing the acrylic is sharp and untidy round cuticles.
The staff here are friendly you can either book appointments or walk-ins they will do their best to fit you in even when they are busy. I have been here loads of times over the past 15 years and always leave here happy with my nails! No matter what you walk in with their acrylics are great!
To be honest it was awful. They didn't have the colour that I wanted and didn't match what I asked for. I could overlook this but the quality of my nails was horrendous. They were crooked and the extensions did not match the size of my nails. I bot have to go somewhere else before work tomorrow to get them removed and redone. I will never be going back!
I went in at 9:31 and I only left at 11:40 my nails are extremely wonky and the man put them on, When the older women was drilling My nails she cut me and when buffing it felt like she was ripping off my nail, I had asked for orange ombré and she completely messed it up. And there is a hair in my nail I am disgusted do not go there and the prices are horrendous
The woman who done my nails cut the skin around my nails with the dril & she was so rough with the filing that my nails were sore for days after. Would never go back. Also it was way too expensive, £40 just for a full set.
