   It was our first time booking with Destinology and I would absolutely use them again. We had decided to venture east to Thailand and found the most amazing looking trip in their Tailor Made collection that ticked all our boxes (Northern Thailand, Bangkok & Beach). Juliet Palmeira was superb through the booking experience, answering all our queries and aiding us in choosing an alternative hotel in one of the destinations. Juliet booked and sorted everything very efficiently and checked in with us regularly to make sure it was all as we wanted. If we had any queries before we travelled we always knew Juliet would reply quickly and knowledgeably & she even phoned us 2 weeks before departure to make sure we had everything we needed and to confirm all arrangements. While we were away everything worked perfectly, our hotels were amazing, the tour guides and chauffeurs were all fantastic & the tour company was great in re-confirming all arrangements 24 hrs in advance so there was never any cause for concern. Everything was well planned and taken care of for us leaving us able to just enjoy the holiday & we made so many amazing memories. Juliet’s personal, friendly service continued post holiday when she called to hear all about our trip - absolutely fantastic.

   Anthony Pearce - phenomenal - second great experience. Booked with Destinology in 2019 to go to Mauritius. Craig Robinson was super helpful with real insights on different locations to make sure we found the right place for my daughter and I. It absolutely lived up to expectations and so there was no other place to go when choosing somewhere special for our next holiday. Fast forward to now and we have just booked a trip to St Lucia for next Christmas. Anthony Pearce could not have been more patient, responsive and helpful in navigating multiple mind changes, multiple "what ifs" and calculating prices for many different options. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we had his 100% attention and help with no pushy sell / make your mind up pressure. He was willing to ask multiple questions of the hotel to make sure it was right for us. And, even post booking is still helping with other potential add ons that we've imagined up. Thank you so much.. wouldn't consider using anyone else for somewhere special.

Nothing is too much bother, even when you have a long list of questions , as I often do. Craig is knowledgeable, helpful, and is always very prompt in getting the information you require.
