I’m surprised reading the other reviews. I have just got back from having my nails done. The lady was really friendly, my nails look just like the picture I showed her & really took her time to make sure they were perfect even though there was another lady waiting. Will definitely be returning ☺️ x
Overpriced and the lady was rude when i tried to explain what i wanted and was tutting and puffing, been in the past and been fine, doubt i will return at the cost of £40 for a full set
Booked an appointment, came there and they didn’t even note my appointment time so my appointment got cancelled. Completely unorganised, so angry about this! This was my first time going to try the shop I WILL NOT be going to try the place again.
Had my nails done twice before and they were perfect, but this time the guy was rushing plus they keep talking in their own language which I don’t mind, but to an extend it makes you feel weird. The nail colour has messed up only 3 hours after getting them done and even got a cut. People if you want acrylics then I don’t personally recommend them. they might be good at other services but not so good at acrylics
I did not hear Hello. And while I was waiting, I felt someone's bored look ... It was Mrs. "invited" to the position. Like an animal ... I asked for one line of decorating, literally a line, and nobody could do it, so I had to finish myself at home. The service would be shorter if she did not write a message every 5 minutes without a word or even a look at me. Horrible service
I had my nails and a pedicure there done a few times and I must say their customer service skills were beyond the joke.They talk in their own language throughout the whol service, which I personally feel is rude and un-professional because you dont know if they talk about you. The quality of the nails is also disappointing, after less than two weeks my gel polish came off both my nails and feet. ALL I CAN SAY IS AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Excellent nails. A regular customer who previously had a bad experience somewhere else. Would definitely recommend here!!
What can I say about this place . Well first of all the staff are so rude if they don’t like the look of you then your not getting your nails done well. They messed my nails up 3 times then when I finally complained they told me I am not allowed in their again. Now I’m sorry but what happened to customer service well they certainly haven’t any. Bad manners poor customer service and terrible at their job ... so my advice to people are don’t go!!!!!
Rude staff, unprofessional, poor service and staff need to go on a customer service course! Nails discolored after 2 days of being done when I called the shop and explained what happened I was told it was my fault and had the phone slammed down on me. Waste of money. Would never go there again.
Rude staff no personal skills not manners. For some reason my acrylics break often. Was there 4 days ago...one has already broken. I've been a few times but vowed to not return after they're always so ill mannered. Considering they're not doing this for free!
