   I've just visited KG in Watford and was served by the delightful Sinead. She was so helpful and kind. I was returning some faulty boots and she persisted and ensured I was able to get a credit note due to unfortunate manufacturing fault. Brilliant customer service. I will recommend and definitely be returning. Thank you. Especially now days it's so hard to find good customer service let alone a human to speak to. Keep up the great work Sinead Kurt Keiger are lucky to have you.

   They seem to have had some recent staff changes. Went in twice this week & zero customer service both times, store was empty with 3 members of staff. Such a shame as I'm an ambassador level shopper and used to really enjoy shopping in-store. I'll be sticking to online ordering going forward.

   Love all the bling and glam items in here. Very unique and eye catching products. Love the quality of products and that you can buy bags, purses and sometimes matching shoes and earrings. My first visit to this store. Well laid out and eye catching displays. Staff helpful and friendly. Will be coming here again. The bag I bought is really cute. A lot of people have asked here I bought it from as it’s different without being over the top.

   Got a lovely bag in sales. Shop floor staff friendly and helpful. But on cash out staff not sure what to do or get correct code for bag. They did apologize for wait,but during process dropped bag on floor. No apology ?was last one in that style expected better service at till not just put in bag once picked up off shoot floor.
